A lovely, spacious villa in an amazing setting overlooking the ocean. A couple of good restaurants within walking distance. Pool would benefit from a cover.

A beautiful villa

The villa is just wonderful. It is beautifully furnished with lots of thought and care being put into making it feel comfortable and attractive and its position overlooking the sea is just perfect. It is comfortable and scrupulously clean. There were a few things that did detract from our stay... The swimming pool was very cold indeed. It did not matter too much as the weather was edging around the 30c+ so once used to the shock of the cold water it was pleasant. A night cover over the pool would help this enormously. We had not realised when we booked that there was no direct access to the beach from the grounds of the villa. Again this did not spoil our stay but I think it would be worth mentioning that in the villa booking information. We were genuinely shocked that we had to pay €44 in electricity charges as we were leaving. We had spent very litte time inside the villa all week and had only really used the A/C unit in one bedroom. We did one washing machice load and only one easy meal prepared inside so the charge did feel severe. We had failed to see this expectation when we booked but had we been shown the meter reading when we checked into the villa we would have been prepared for the charge. We did not see a meter reading at the begining or at the end of the stay nor did we know the unit cost of the elecrticity. Finally, because of the very hot weather we were eaten alive by mosquitos, so be prepared and take lots of anti mosquito products with you.

Atemberaubende Villa direkt am Meer

Die Villa liegt wirklich atemberaubend schön an einer Sandstrand Bucht.Die Villa läst wirklich keine Wünsche übrig, wir haben dort jede Minute genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Der Garten, die Einrichtung, die Bäder super sauber und gepflegt. Die Villa ist sehr gut abgesichert und mit großen Parkplatz mit elektr. Rolltor versehen,was uns sehr wichtig war.Die Hausbesitzerin war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.Man kann praktisch zu Fuss alles machen. Strand, Restaurantbesuche, Spazierengänge am Strand. Tolle Lage. Ideal um Ausflüge nach Vinaros, Peniscola, Valencia und sonstige Unternehmen. Sehr emphfehleswert von uns ***** Sterne.

Wunderschön,trotz zum Teil schlechtem Wetter

Die Lage und das Ferienhaus tiptop.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden,gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.Draussen viele Möglichkeiten zum entspannen und gemütlich sitzen und aufs Meer schauen.Die Vermieterin,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.Auch unser Hund hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen,konnte sich überall frei bewegen.Strände,Stadt und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Es war toll hier,obwohl wir mit dem Wetter nicht so Glück hatten.Wir empfehlen das Ferienparadies gerne weiter und wenn s mal wieder passt,kommen wir gerne wieder.

Op de foto’s ziet het huis er veel beter uit dan in de werkelijkheid. De woning (keuken, slaapkamers en woonkamer) zijn 10 jaar geleden gerenoveerd en gaan er nog wel meer door. De woning ligt met de achterzijde, waar de slaapkamers gelegen zijn, aan een drukke weg die geluidsoverlast geeft. De airconditioning in één van de slaapkamers functioneert amper en maakt veel herrie. Het uitzicht over zee is prachtig. De tuin kenmerkt zich vooral door achterstallig onderhoud. Het is een rommeltje. De zonneluifel bij het terras staat op instorten evenals de barbecue-keuken buiten. De buitentafel is gammel en vies. De zitkussens voor de tuinstoelen zijn vies en zitten vol vlekken. Voor de stoelen op het terras bij het zwembad zijn geen kussens aanwezig. Tegels zitten los, een trap naar het dak staat op instorten en is afgesloten, op veel plaatsen is materiaal sterk verroest (tuinpoortje, tralies voor de ramen). De waterafvoer op het terras is verstopt waardoor en na een regenbui centimeters water blijft staan. Op meerdere plaatsen staat rommel, soms in een kartonnen doos dan weer in een hoek. Alle glamour zoals te zien op de foto’s van het huis is wat betreft de tuin fors in verval. Je wordt er niet vrolijk van. Opmerkingen hierover tegen de verhuurster worden afgedaan met de verklaring dat de gasten alles vies en kapot maken.

Superbe semaine

Nous avons passé une semaine à la villa Vista, et tout était superbe ! - La vue est magnifique, sur la terrasse vue directe sur la piscine et la mer en arrière plan, dépaysement garantit ! - Cette bonne odeur de bord de mer ! - Le bruit des vagues 24/24 ! - Chose importante : toujours de l’air étant en bord de mer, et ça c’est appréciable ! -La maison en elle même est très spacieuse et conforme aux photos et même mieux en réalité. - Enfin, Silke, est super sympa et à l’écoute, je comprend l’anglais mais ne m exprime pas super bien, mais elle met très facilement à l’aise ses hôtes. Bref : nous avons adoré et rien de négatif à dire. Nous revenons l’année prochaine 😊

tolle Unterkunft, super Lage am Meer

Dir Fotos entsprechen der Tatsache. Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und v.a. saubere Unterkunft. Alles da, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt! Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr gut, Liegen und Auflagen ausreichend vorhanden! Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine machten uns das Leben leichter. Großer Kühlschrank in den auch ausreichend Getränke passten. Die Lage ist sehr schön - direkt am Meer, eher windig (lag vielleicht auch an der Zeit). Der Ort (Promenade) ist ca. 2,5 km zu Fuß entfernt, aber es gibt 3 Restaurants im Umkreis von 2 - 10 Minuten Fußweg. Ein Spar ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sonstige Einkaufsmöglichleiten sind ausreichend vorhanden! Die Vermieterin Silke ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch Tipps für Ausflüge und sonstiges! Danke Silke für die schöne Ziel in der Villa Vista!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Wir waren zu fünft und konnten die Zeit sehr genießen

SEJOUR VINAROS MAI 2024

Vinaros est une station balnéaire qui convient pour les familles et les gens qui souhaitent se reposer et profiter de la nature. Cette station ne conviendra pas aux plus jeunes pour faire la fête. Nous avons aimé : La vue sur la mer et la proximité avec la mer. Le jardin et la piscine même si pas utilisée rapport à la météo. La literie était confortable. Nous avions 2 petits chiens. Un seul était annoncé car pas de possibilité sur la réservation d'en annoncer deux. La propriétaire n'a pas facturé le deuxième chien. Nous n'avons pas aimé : Le salon de jardin installé en guise de salon d'intérieur. Pour le tarif c'est limite. La note d'électricité payée en liquide et calculée suivant un tarif très personnel de la propriétaire. Pas de possibilité de payer par carte. D'autant plus que la clim n 'a pas été utilisée seule le four a tourné 3 fois. Résultat 90 euros d'électricité pour 2 semaines. La difficulté pour sortir de la maison en voiture. Manque d'espace et de visibilité. Situation dangereuse. La connexion internet très limite. Ne conviendra pas à une famille avec enfants. La petite tv réglée sur les chaines Allemandes. Nous avons demandé si les chaînes Françaises étaient disponibles, on nous a répondu qu'il fallait chercher. Difficile sans notice et inapproprié. Note globale: Pas très positif pour le prix et le standing annoncé et nous sommes venus hors saison ( mai).Nous ne donnons pas la moyenne. A vous de voir.

Comfortabel huis met geweldig uitzicht

Twee weken hebben wij mogen verblijven in deze prachtige villa aan zee. Het huis is werkelijk van alles voorzien. Ontvangst en begeleiding door Silke was zeer gastvrij en ze stond altijd klaar bij vragen. Communicatie liep soepel. In de omgeving kun je eenvoudig uitstapjes maken naar het binnenland voor prachtige wandelingen, richting Valencia of Tarragona en natuurlijk niet te vergeten Peniscola. Overal kun je heerlijk lunchen of Tapas eten. Heerlijk verblijf!

Beautiful place

Es war einen sehr schöne Aufenthalt. Das Cheminee funktionierte nicht und auch der Heizung nicht, erst nach reklamieren ist jemanden gekommen um die Heizung zu reparieren, da wir im November hier waren, war es Abends und Nacht relativ frisch. Ansonsten ist das Haus und der Garten fantastisch.

Sooooo wunderschön!

Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft schön! Frau Sollik hat uns sehr lieb willkommen geheißen und war zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Man konnte sich wunderbar erholen, da kaum noch jemand unterwegs war. Wir hatten garnicht das Bedürfnis, etwas zu unternehmen Unser Aufenthalt war vom 2.-9. September 2023! Das war zwar das erste- aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir die Villa Vista besucht haben! Andrea, Maren, Zoe und Ella-Wawuschel Kikisch

Perfekt

Het huis ligt op een geweldig mooie locatie aan de zee. Het huis is mooi ingericht en voorzien van vele gemakken. Het is heel schoon en alles is zoals beschreven. Grote parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's achter een hek. Het zwembad is groot en in de avond verlicht. Kortom, echt een aanrader!

Alles wie beschrieben!

Das Objekt ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und es bedarf hier und da an Renovierungsarbeiten. Aber im großen und ganzen sehr schöne Lage. Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Auch für unseren Hund war es angenehm, da es immer ein schattiges Plätzchen gab. Zwei Restaurants in der Nähe die auch Deutsch sprechen.

Einfach nur Top!!!

Vielen lieben Dank liebe Silke für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr über den Urlaub gefreut. Es war jede Woche zwei mal der Pool Dienst da und hat den Pool gereinigt und dabei morgens früh niemanden geweckt. Maria hat das Haus 1A für uns sauber gemacht. Da war auch rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Die Ausstattung war einfach Klasse. In den Betten konnte man mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage sehr gut und erholsam schlafen. Der Grill war einfach nur top. Haben jeden Tag darauf gegrillt. Der Ausblick vorne auf der Terrasse zum Meer ist einfach unbezahlbar. So stellt man sich Urlaub vor.

Traumhaftes Urlaubserlebnis

Das Objekt liegt direkt an der Küste mit unverbautem Meerblick. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Liebe fürs Detail. Freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieterin ist erfolgt.
