listed family home, close to Gottorf Castle

The half-timbered house was built in 1850 and is a listed building. It borders on the site of the municipal museum and is within walking distance of the Gottorf and Haithabu castles.
The house was lovingly renovated in 2013 and combines old and new.
On the ground floor there is a large bedroom, a modern kitchen and the bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the attic there is a large living room with TV and a small additional bedroom with two single beds.

Alles gut
Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Haus. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Einziges Manko war die blinkende Lichterkette am Nachbarhaus. Man sah es im Schlafzimmer durch geschlossene Rollos.

Gemütliche Ferienunterkunft
Für uns war die Wohnung als Homebase über die Feiertage super. Leider fehlten ein paar grundlegende Dinge wie Mülltüten oder Spüli, aber abgesehen davon haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.Vielen Dank!

Ausgangsbasis für Entdeckungen in Schleswig und entlang der Schlei
Das Ferienhaus ist in guter Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Schleswigs . Das Haus bot ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer unter dem Dach, das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß mit guten Betten und ausreichend Platz die Kleidung aus dem Koffer im Schrank zu plazieren. Bad gefliest mit Dusche und Wanne, Heizwasser über Gastherme schnell verfügbar. Küche mit allen notwendigen Gerätschaften (Herd, Mikrowolle, Backofen) sowie Geschirr und Kaffeemaschine. Uns fehlte leider ein Toaster. Essbereich in der Küche sehr eng und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gab eine Waschmaschine, jedoch leider keinen Platz zum Wäschetrocknen. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus sehr gut, falls Fahrräder mitgebracht werden (empfehlenswert, da die Gegend sich gut mit dem Rad erkunden läßt und Radwege gut ausgebaut sind), gibt es leider keine Abstellmöglichkeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE und ALDI 250 m) Das Umfeld ums Haus ist ruhig. Uns hat es im Haus, das Teil des historischen Umfeldes am Stadtmuseum ist gut gefallen. Unbeding anschauen: Schloß Gottorf (500 m), Stadtmuseum(50m), Altstadt, 1km, Ortsteil Holm 1,2 km, Haithabu Wikingermuseum 2,4 km und natürlich die pittoresken Dörfer und Orte links und rechts an der Schlei Sieseby, Kappeln u.a. Es bieten sich auch Abstecher nach Husum und Eckernförde an. Wir waren eine Woche (14.-21.09.2024) dort. Aus unserer Urlaubserfahrung - empfehlenswert !

Ein traumhaftes kleines Haus in perfekter Lage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war für uns als Familie (2 Erw. + 2 Kinder) ideal. Die Nähe zum Schloss Gottorf und auch zum Wikingermuseum Haithabu ist toll. Man ist auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Schlei und 2 Supermärkte und einen Drogeriemarkt gibt's auch um die Ecke. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und war sauber

Kurztrip ins wunderschöne Schleswig
Uns hat es in diesem perfekt ausgestatteten Häuschen super gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Vera zuvorkommend und herzlich, der Check in denkbar einfach, die Lage idyllisch und ruhig. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.

netter Aufenthalt mit Einschränkung
Die Anreise erfolgte mit dem Auto. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Die Räumlichkeiten waren, wie zuvor schon einmal in einer Bewertung erwähnt, nicht wirklich gereinigt. Krümel und Haae in der Küchenschublade, überjähriger Staub am Kopfteil des Bettes, auch das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber. Hier wäre unsere Empfehlung an die Eigentümer, die Reinigungsfirma zu kontrollieren.die Treppe zum OG ist recht steil, aber noch ok. Gesehen haben wir in dieser Woche sehr viel, waren jeden Tag unterwegs. Schön ist auch die Nähe zu Rewe, Aldi und Co.

Ferienwohnung und Lage derselben
Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz hübsch. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit. Es gab einige Spinnweben abzusaugen. Vielleicht sollte der Vermieter vorher nochmal einen Check machen.

Wir haben Spontan diese Ferienwohnung gebucht - hat alles sehr gut geklappt Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern Die Wohnung hat mit Sicherheit eine lange Geschichte - schöner Rustikaler Flair ✌️ Super nette Nachbarn - sowieso alles Super freundlich in Schleswig ❤️ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe Tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach und schnell erreichbar Die Wohnung verfügt auch über alles was man für einen Urlaub in Schleswig benötigt Die Pizzaria gleich ums Eck (Super lecker) rundet den tollen Aufenthalt gleich noch mehr ab Vielen Dank aus Ostfriesland

Schleswig zu Pfingsten
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Leihmöglichkeit der Fahrräder durch die Eltern der Vermieter war sehr gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen war das nicht funktionierende Internet, da wir dies aus beruflichen Gründen an zwei Tagen gebraucht hätten. Wir mussten dann etwas anderes organisieren, was etwas umständlich war.

Schönes Haus mit eigenem Charakter
Angehnehmer Kontakt, alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir hatten etwas in der Wohnung vergessen und es wurde dafür gesorgt das wir unserer Eigentum zurück bekommen. Können wir gut empfehlen.
