Island Hideaway A - PET FRIENDLY Villa!!

This cute Island Hideaway is ideally located in Indian Rocks Beach with just a short 2 min walk to the sugary sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor bungalow with 3 Smart TVs, and your very own enclosed, private outdoor living space with a gas grill has everything you need for making amazing vacation memories. A completely fenced-in makes a great space for your small dog (20 lbs or less with a $200 non-refundable pet fee). This is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, and Roku smart TV. The second bedroom has 2 Twin size memory foam beds, a ceiling fan, and Roku smart TV. The coastal cute living room has large Roku smart TV, cable box, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Central AC and a utility room with a washer/dryer provide even more comforts of home. The fully appointed kitchen has everything you need for a family meal or beach picnic, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a tub/shower and door to back yard for easy access. This spacious feeling 725 sq. ft. bungalow with additional outdoor living space is nearby a number of restaurants, beach shops, ice cream and coffee shops and a great little produce store that has so much to offer. Bringing a boat or RV? plenty of parking for either right at the property. Ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use and unlimited FREE DVD movies.

Awesome place!!!

Absolutely loved this place!! It was clean. Good location 2 blocks from beach! The only thing we had a problem with with the 2 doors off the patio. 1 was in the bathroom that was deadbolted with no key to open door which was fine. However, the Kitchen door to the back patio had an unreliable door lock. The deadbolt did not have a key and would have loved to lock the deadbolt at night and when we left. The door was easily opened from the outside when it was locked. There was evidence that this door had been broken into before. The gates off the patio was unable to be secured also. We didnt feel very safe or secure.

Just what we needed

We were a group of high school friends who hadn't seen each other in 30+ years. This property allowed 4 of us to room together and make the trip more affordable. An easy and quick walk to the beach - even when carrying chairs, towels, etc. Large patio with table and chairs. Brand newish washer and dryer. The only thing - and it wasn't a problem - if the mattress's for the twin beds were replaced with a 10-12" mattress, it would have been perfect. Not a good bed for people with back problems. We switched it up and it was fine. I thought Plumlee was great and I would stay with them again.
