DIRECT OCEANFRONT! This second-floor corner unit is a fully equipped, one-bedroom, one-bath condo facing the ocean. The floor is tile throughout, and the cabinets are maple. The countertops are granite, and the backsplash is tile! As much as we love pets, the HOA does not allow guests to bring them.
This is a comfortable unit for a couple or small family. We rent to families and responsible adults (25 yrs. or older).
No House parties
No pets, motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers are allowed on the property.

There is no elevator at this property
The living room has a Layzboy queen sleeper/sofa with a memory foam mattress and matching love seat, a full kitchen with an eat-in bar for 3, a bath with tub/shower combination, and a high-rise balcony overlooking the ocean. If you plan to use the sleeper/sofa as a bed, you will need to bring a set of queen linens.

The condo is very well maintained and has a queen mattress, micro-hood, 40-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player, and ceiling fans in the den and bedroom.

Fun in the sunshine!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our week in this quiet, cozy place! Excellent location close to everything! The beach was beautiful, enjoyable, and not overly crowded which made it nice to be on the beach. We were blessed with mild temperatures and lots of sunshine! Relaxing and pleasant stay, wonderful to watch the waves come in right from our balcony! The host is great and helpful!

I had a wonderful stay here. It was just a quick get away but the location was perfect. Just steps to the beach and a quick drive to shops and restaurants. Parking onsite was easy. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable. There was an unexpected problem at the condo and Abigail was quick to make it right. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was private, quiet, clean, cozy and comfortable. Great view of the ocean as advertised, as well as easy beach access. Excellent communications from the owner and easy check in process. My new favorite place to stay in the area! Truly felt at home.

View perfect ! Nice updated kitchen and living room area. Bathroom needed cleaned better and updated

Over all the balcony and view awesome! We did have dryer issues and refrigerator issues and the property owner responsibility asap! Washer/dryer on back order and we could still use the frig. It can use a really good dusting! Over all a good stay.

Perfect place just a short walk to the beach view is wonderful from the condo. All the stores are with in a three miles radius wonderful places to eat. The furniture needed to be updated kitchen was nice it had been been updated . Over all we enjoyed our trip.

The view from the balcony was awesome! Easy access to the beach. Beach was so clean.

Our place is what we expected and could sit and look at the ocean anytime we wanted. We really enjoyed North Myrtle Beach.

great location

This was our third stay in the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle and was our favorite so far. Beachfront end unit with great view down the beach to Myrtle. Convenient to many restaurants, shopping and a good walking location. When we go to the beach, we don't want to have to get in the car to go anywhere. This location makes everywhere walkable. Since it is a smaller building, the beach does not get overcrowded as it does with the high-rises . We liked that the bedroom was in the back for privacy. Since it is an end unit, there is no one walking by the door or window. The owner is very friendly and responsive to issues. The outside light was out when we got there and it was fixed the next day.

A great find....

Location-location-location. wasn't on the main-pulse of the beach scene, not crowded at all (for Aug'). Will keep in mind for next visit assuredly.

Simply beautiful

Perfect for us! If you’re looking for a luxury condo, go spend a fortune elsewhere, but if you want a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay on a beautiful area of the beach, this is it! Just as pictured and described. Close to many conveniences and Barefoot Landing, which was so nice! The balcony was perfect to sit and watch the waves and so relaxing! The high chairs were a great plus so you’re not looking through the railing!
