Let your soul and feet dangle on a 40 meter private footbridge. Soak up the sun in the garden or through the large panoramic windows. Enjoy fantastic views of cloud formations and sunsets.
The park and its surroundings are a paradise for water birds. In addition to great crested grebes, herons, swans and numerous types of ducks, large flocks of wild geese can be observed from autumn to spring - directly from the sofa.
Sail, row, fish or swim directly "from home", or lay a motorboat on the jetty and discover the Frisian lakes and canals. Due to the location directly to the canal, the water side (which is due to the special location of the house at the tip of the peninsula in three directions) always offers an interesting "harbor cinema" with a view of boats of all types and sizes.
The wide surfing, kite and bathing beach with its shallow, knee-deep water is only a few minutes away on foot or by bike (available at the house).
The park has 75 well-kept holiday villas, all of which are privately owned. Each villa has its own jetty and a spacious garden. There is no "hype" and no animation, nor is there a gatekeeper and no administration. But there is plenty of space, relaxation and a wonderful ambience.
Due to the location at the very end of the park, there is practically no traffic on cloud 7;

The holiday villa - built in 2002 - is of high quality and comfortably furnished and was repainted in spring 2015 when the owner changed and almost completely refurbished. It has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for 2 to 6 people, with short-term occupancy and with children up to 8 people are also possible.

The approx. 100 sqm and are distributed in the following rooms:
Living-dining room with double doors and panoramic windows on the water, table for 6 to 8 people, large seating area, large flat-screen TV, additional armchair with reading lamp. Ethanol wall fireplace for cosiness.
Open kitchen with gas hob (4 flames), oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), milk frother, extensive kitchen equipment.
Large bedroom with box spring bed (160 x 200 cm), cupboard and armchair-table combination (suitable as a reading armchair or as a small desk).
This includes an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool, shower, double sink and - most importantly - morning sun and lake view.
Middle bedroom with double bunk bed (below 140 x 200 cm, above 90 x 200 cm, plus another mattress 90 x 200 cm in the pull-out box), armchair, double door directly to the canal.
Small bedroom with bunk bed, chest of drawers, shelf. And of course a view of the water.
There is also a small bathroom with a sink and shower.
Separate toilet.
Bright and spacious entrance area with cloakroom.
Large storage and household room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and everything else that you don't want to encounter on vacation.

In the large garden there is a table seating group for 6-10 people and some additional seating. The lawns are framed by 40 meters of own boat and floating dock (own bathing ladder).
The water at the house is usually two meters deep. It is brownish due to the peat floor in the hinterland, but of very good quality, and the IJsselmeer has been awarded the Blue Flag.
