Large studio retreat by the beach
In the Capo Beach neighborhood of Dana Point (close to San Clemente). Top floor end unit with AC and balcony overlooking the heated pool (w/ outdoor shower). Overnight easy street parking and free day time parking in lot if spot uncovered till 6PM (after 6 could be towed). Short 20 min walk to the shores of Capo Beach & Doheny State Beach. Perfect for 1-2 folks. Easy access to the 5. A short drive surf Trestles & Salt Creek. Near many stores, bars & grills.
The space
Fully furnished with brand new furniture and gourmet kitchen. Great for vacationing or traveling nurses/doctors/professors.
Guest access
Easy parking, very walkable & bike-friendly.
Other things to note
Many colleges and hospitals are nearby. 25 min drive to John Wayne OC Airport and only one hour from downtown San Diego. Not far from the military base. Even though close to 5 very quiet.
Available for 30 days or longer. Close to multiple train lines (Amtrak etc) so easy access to locations north and south (SD and LA) etc
