Nice house, clean and well stocked. Used the kayaks in the garage. Enjoyed the back patio and the wildlife - regular visits from deer and a few elk. Good location, close to the river, Sunriver, and hwy 97. Was perfect for 8 of us! Thank you! We had a great time!
Overall our stay was great! Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Saw deer and fawns everyday. Beautiful, well maintained home. The front door lock would get overheated in the afternoon and would stop functioning, but the owners plans to change it.
The only suggestion, would be to add an outdoor mat to the front and back door as the pollen and dust would be tracked into the house.
We would love to stay here again!
This is a very nice four bedroom home. Close to all the places you want to go to in the area. Being able to walk to the river is especially nice. We had deer walk through the back yard every day. The newborn fawns were special to see. We have stayed here two times and will diffinatly come back again.
Amazing time and place to stay. Everything was supplied. Just needed a toothbrush and clothes. Very clean. Quiet. Had deer everyday in the backyard! Comfortable. Loved my stay will definitely be back. Communication with owner was easy! And quick. Great time!
Overall the house is perfect for families. The floor plan is open and spacious. The main bedroom is split from the secondary bedrooms. The essential kitchen items where provided. The laundry room came in handy. We used the Kayaks that where provided.
The cleanliness of the house was terrible and left us very disappointed with our choice for our vacation. I have messaged the owner separately with all the dirty details.
Rosy was excellent with communication, we had a couple minor hiccups upon check-in but she rectified them quickly.
We had to extend our stay a couple times and she was very flexible with allowing us to do this.
We had a group of elderly family members staying here for a family reunion taking place close by….the only thing I would recommend is a handicap bar in the main hall bath shower and toilet but that’s a personal preference for our group.
Within walking distance of the community dock at Big Deschutes River, minutes from Sunriver and several State Park recreation areas, short drive to the Bend area.
We enjoyed deer and Elk in the backyard daily….I would definitely book this location again.
Comfy beds, beautiful house, deer right in the back yard
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of room. There were several deer that bedded down in and next to the back yard. Private boat ramp access available. Washer and dryer with provided detergent was definitely a plus. The neighborhood isn't real great for riding bikes but neighbors are friendly. Would stay again.
