LOW VOLUME Key west Style 3 bedroom vacation rental with Water Access, and Pool

Welcome to our vacation home in Indian rocks beach. We are a very LOW VOLUME rental, that only rents a few select months out of the year. We reside in Tampa and enjoy our beach house as much as we can.
We recently took out the bunk beds and put in 2 Full/Double Beds, New Washer/Dryer.

Under a 5 min walk to the beautiful white sand beach of Indian Rocks. Beautiful & Spacious Key West Style 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath with a den (twin bed with trundle) in Popular and Low Key Indian Rocks Beach. All rooms are equipped with there own TVs. Beds are all luxury Tommy Bahama mattresses, very comfortable.

Completely renovated top to bottom with many wonderful features, even has a small balcony over looking the pool. Small 6 unit community with private community pool and private docks to fish, kayack and paddleboard from. Walking distance to many restaurants including Jakes Coastal Cantina on the same street (one of our favorites), Crabby's Original, VIP Mexican, PJs, Slice Pizza, Jimmy Guannas, JDs, anclote brewery, guilty sea sports bar,sandys for breakfast,The largest Ice Cream shop with 100 flavors, Coffee Shop, Beach Stores, Kooky Coconut, and so much more. If your looking for more fine dining, Salt rock grill, guppy’s and are favorite TJs Italian restaurant are all just a short drive away. There is also a water park across the street at the Holiday Inn that will keep kids and adults occupied all day. Underneath the Condo there is a huge storage area we turned into a man cave with lounge seating off the pool and it also is where we store paddleboards, kayack, beach chairs and coolers for your personal use, Yes just bring yourself and we’ll take care of the rest.. New patio on the water with fire pit, great area to relax, watch dolphin and manatee, read a book, or have a drink and cigar..Short Drive to Clearwater Beach & John's pass at Madeira Beach if you want to visit more action. Come live the Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) Lifestyle. You will never want to go home.

BOATERS, there’s a neighborhood ramp right down the street, you can tie your boat off my dock for the duration of your stay and keep trailer on property..

Fantastic location
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The bedroom were comfortable and having the study set up for additional sleeping was perfect for our teen! We absolutely love the ease of walking around Indian Rocks Beach and it made going to the beach so much more enjoyable. The communication with the owner was Amazing and we felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Cant wait to come back!

Everything you need and then some. I was very pleased to see they had things like salt and pepper for us to use. They also had beach carts and chairs although very well used they did come in handy. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Outside areas could use a little TLC but overall was pleased with our stay. A very short walk to the beach, you will wait longer at the light to cross the street then the walking. Many places to walk to eat and shop which was wonderful.

Nice location and easy to drive too. Many Restaurants within walking range. Had very good communication with the hosts. Had many beach amenities that a lot of rentals I've stayed in before did not. Would definitely stay again.

Went with girl friends for the first 5 days and guys came down for last 5 and it was all wonderful! Great location to walk to everything. Make sure to go to JD’s to dance!😊

Wonderful vacation
We had a great vacation in Florida at this wonderful property. Had plenty of space for our family of four. The location was perfect! We fished off the dock and walked to the beach. Loved the vibe of this condo and all the amenities. There are a few quirky things like the front door and spindle on the stairs but we caught on quickly. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Fantastic location for family!
We had a lovely stay and with little kids it was great being so close to the beach - and also being able to walk to food and the ice cream store. Communication was great even though we were messaging on Thanksgiving, we had some trouble figuring out the lock but our hosts were very responsive. We didn’t get to make use of the pool as it was fairly cold but the location and area were perfect for us and we enjoyed all the beach decor :)

What a wonderful slice of paradise. Walking distance to most things you need, and Largo is just over the bridge for bigger purchases. Stocked with more than even listed and Todd and Karen are so accommodating. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Great stay, everything listed was there. We felt like we where staying at a friends home, but they where not home😎 Our only complaint was the door, it really need’s to be fixed for replaced. Loved the area, wasn’t busy like Clearwater, but the beach is also not groomed like other beaches. We love I R B! Could have also used an iron and ironing board❤️

Wonderful property on IRB
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Clean, tastefully decorated, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Communication with Karen and Todd was easy with quick response time. Pool was quiet and clean. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend to others traveling to IRB. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Great location, so close to the beach and on a quiet, dead end road. Condo was decorated great, super modern and comfy. Lots of things for renters to use like paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, etc. Pool at the condo was clean and warm too

Great rental in a fun area!
We had a great experience! The property was just as it was listed…clean, open, roomy and perfect for our family of 5. The amenities were wonderful for our kids (pool, basketball hoop, games, etc). Owners were extremely friendly and always prompt with communication. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to vacation in IRB as the location is close to everything you would need!

Great stay at Indian Rocks Beach!
Our stay overall was great! The condo/apartment is in a great location. Easy to get to (we flew into Tampa) as well as had things going on in Clearwater during our stay and it was a great place to base out of. Compared to the Clearwater beach area, IRB is much quieter and less busy. We LOVED that. Yet there are some nice places to go for coffee, ice cream, and food! (All within walking distance of the condo.) Things we really appreciated: -Short walk to the beach. with easy access! -Loved Jack's Cantina at the end of the street! Great daily specials. The food and drinks were very good! We highly recommend it. -The rooms worked great for our three teens. Enough bathroom space and bedroom privacy with the den. Bunk beds are large and comfortable for teenagers! All beds were very comfortable. -Pool was warm enough to swim in even though it was chilly while we were there! (Pool wasn't very clean, but we were there during rain and wind.) This is a great place for a family to enjoy the beach and easily get to other beaches or events in Clearwater/Tampa. We would certainly stay here again! No issues!

Wonderful home!
This property was an awesome place to stay. It was closer to the beach than we thought it was. It was a 5 minute walk. The home was very clean and the decorations made it feel like "home away from home". My wife is pretty particular about these things and loved it here. There was only 1 minor issue that I had. There are 2 doors that connect to the master bedroom: one from the stairs and the other from the laundry room. The door that connects to the laundry room doesn't have a lock. The room that the kids were sleeping in also had a door that was connected to the laundry room and there was no lock on that door either. Sometimes they opened the doors and they were going between the rooms while they were playing and they wouldn't knock before entering. If that door that connects the master bedroom to the laundry room had a lock, it would have made the stay that much better.

This was the most magical vacation for us. Don’t waste your time trying out other beaches nearby, Indian Rocks is the place to be. We swam with dolphins and kayaked with manatee and stingray (all by chance right outside our front door!) . We brought home so many sand dollars my kids were in heaven! We tried other beaches during our stay and nothing compared to Indian Rocks! Best vacation ever, thanks for sharing your home!

5 star rental !
This condo was exactly as shown in the listing. Extremely Clean, plenty of room for the five of us; plenty of towels, kitchen stocked well, the list goes on! Location is fabulous, once you get there you don’t have to drive, everything is in walking distance , which we loved that! Communication with Karen and Todd was very easy, they responded to emails quickly and they even checked in to make sure we didn’t have any issues getting in to the property ! We can’t say enough - we would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful rental, amazing location!!
My family stayed here (6 adults) and we loved it! Karen is a very helpful and responsive host. The rental was clean and had what we needed for a week stay. The beach is so close and it is not crowded like nearby beaches. The location is perfect for day trips to Clearwater, St Pete’s, Sarasota, etc. without having to deal with their traffic daily. The pool was clean and private. I would recommend going to Crabby Bills down the street. They have live music and great outdoor seating. We would 100% come back to Indian Rocks Beach and would absolutely stay at this rental again and encourage our friends and anyone reading this to do the same!!
