Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living area bathed in light thanks to large bay windows that open onto the outdoor terrace and pool. The fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, blender, and microwave, is located next to a comfortable living room, creating an ideal space for relaxing and sharing meals.

The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms accessible via a hallway. The first bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for two children and a convertible sofa, while the back bedroom offers a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and separate toilet. The master bedroom, with its double bed and private bathroom, has direct access to the pool through its bay windows.

The covered and shaded terrace features a dining table and a gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The pool, extended by the terrace, is equipped with an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxing moments in the sun.

Ideally located in the commune of Saint-François, this villa is close to the beaches of "Anse à la Barque," Bois Jolan, and Raisins Clairs Beach. You will also appreciate the proximity to the must-see site of Pointe des Châteaux, the marina with its restaurants and shops, and the international golf course of Saint-François. Contact the villa's concierge as soon as you leave the airport to inform her of your arrival, or if you are already in Guadeloupe, to arrange the time of your appointment together.

Upon exiting the airport, follow the signs to Pointe-à-Pitre, then Gosier, and then Sainte-Anne. Stay on the N4 heading towards Sainte-Anne (the sea should be on your right!). Go through the town of Sainte-Anne and continue straight for about 1 kilometers. Pass "Bois Jolan," then the commercial area with "Leader Price" and "Gifi" (on your right), followed by the "Relais du Moulin" hotel.

Turn right at the sign for "Anse à la Barque." Continue straight until the end of the paved road, then turn right at the sign for "Amaudo Hôtel." Continue on the road, and after passing the Amaudo Hotel on your left, take the first right. Go all the way down, and it is the last villa on the left. You have arrived.
