## Emplacement
The 4th arrondissement is in the center of Paris. It is very touristy, including half of the island of the City (with the cathedral Notre-Dame), the whole island St. Louis plus a good part of the Marais, on the right bank. Not far from the Place de la Bastille, its bars, restaurants, cafes and shops of all kinds, it also allows you to walk on the quays and admire beautiful landscapes.
