Located at an altitude of 1800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding massifs.



Right in the geographical center of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the departures of the slopes and hiking trails. The daycare center will also only be a few hundred meters away to drop off your toys.



There you will find modern and pleasant accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.



Le Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool which will welcome young and old non-skiers. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025.



The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if necessary.

Accommodation:
This 55 m² 2-room duplex apartment, facing east, is located slightly set back from the central square of the Orres 1800 station for a quiet stay. Its capacity is 6 people.
It consists of an entrance with storage, a large living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and television.

The fully equipped kitchen area will include everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher for your comfort.

On the sleeping side, the accommodation includes a bedroom with a 140*190cm double bed and two 80*190cm single bunk beds.

The bathroom and its bathtub will offer you a moment of relaxation after your favorite sporting activities.

You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
