This peaceful and centrally-located home is near the base and downtown businesses. Enjoy being out of the way, surrounded by nature. Enjoy beautiful greenery right outside of the window, minimal neighbors who are spread out and hard to hear, enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted stay, with no street noise. You will feel as if you're in the country, while still in the middle of the city, minutes from grocery stores and restaurants and 15-20 minutes from the beach and shops.

I am an Army Veteran with two beautiful children, so my properties come with items I would appreciate having available when traveling with my own children. I always dreamed of being in the hospitality industry and taking care of guests, and creating a comfortable clean environment is a top priority and I love to serve my guest's needs to the best of my ability. Why they chose this property
This property is centrally located, not very far from the beach, or rivers, next to restaurants, grocery stores, the Military Base, and more. The hope for this location is that it is convenient for any needs a guest may have in a vacation location.
What makes this property unique
Being next to the Military Base means you are not far from the Marina on base that offers equipment rentals to qualifying individuals, a Golf course, and other recreation provided on it for those with base access. You are also near the High school if you are attending graduations or you can take a quick trip to the beach, and be there within 20-30 minutes if you so choose.
