- a balcony with a view of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Tour Montparnasse, La Défense).
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine percolator, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located:
- close to the Canal Saint-Martin ;
- between 15 and 20 minutes' walk from the MK2 and UGC cinemas.
- Opposite Le 104 (a cultural establishment offering concerts, dance, theater and exhibitions);
