You'll appreciate the private patio accessible from one of the bedrooms, as well as the fireplace in one of the living rooms.

Additionally, you will love the large fenced garden perfectly equipped with swings, a trampoline, foosball, ping-pong, pétanque, soccer, barbecues, and a gathering area.

1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a travel cot.

Third floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed (200x200) and a private bathroom.

In total, the house includes 7 bedrooms, with 5 double beds, 2 single beds, and 4 bunk beds, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 20 people.

Gîte configuration:
Dining rooms and kitchens: Each floor has a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The large dining room on the first floor is equipped with raclette and fondue appliances for convivial meals.

Living rooms: There is a living room on the first floor, equipped with a fireplace and a private terrace, as well as a library, and another living room on the second floor.

Bathrooms and toilets: Four bathrooms and three toilets are distributed across the floors, with an en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms.

Entertainment for children: A selection of board games is available, along with several televisions with Netflix, distributed across the floors for everyone's enjoyment.

For the little ones: Baby cutlery, a high chair, a changing table, and a baby bathtub are distributed across the floors.

Laundry facilities: Two washing machines, irons, and ironing boards, with cleaning products to care for clothes, are distributed across the floors for your convenience.

Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home.

Blankets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own sheets and pillowcases. The bunk beds are for children.

You have exclusive access to the entire accommodation, including its private outdoor spaces.

Enjoy total privacy, with no other occupied accommodation.

Upon your arrival, you will find clean mattress and pillow protectors for your comfort. We provide blankets, pillows, and tea towels, but bed and bath linen are not included.

Bed linen: Optionally, we can provide bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases for an additional fee of €12 per bed.

Bath linen: Optionally, you can enjoy our towel service for €5.00/person (includes 1 large towel, 1 small towel, and 1 washcloth).

Electricity and heating are included in the rental price.
