Cozy 2 bd/2 baths apartment (part of the duplex). Small equipped kitchen, smart TVs. The outside area, grill and laundry units are shared with another unit. 2 designated parking spots for this apartment. Each bedroom has a Queen bed and a sleeping couch in the living room. Apartment is located just steps from the beach and fun it has to offer! Just a short walk and you will find yourself at the beautiful turquoise beach with numerous restaurants and bars! Walking distance to restaurants( Tacocraft Taqueria, Aruba Beach cafe, Mulligan's Beach house just to name a few, , coffee shops, pizza places, ice cream, all within walking distance! ) Publix supermarket is within 2 min drive/ 8 min walk, Walgreens 3 min drive or 10 min walk.

Fine

Location is the main reason to stay at this place. The BAD: The duplex is very old and dated, but everything mostly worked. The AC worked, but we were still pretty hot in the evening and it was only April. They only had 2 pots and NO frying pans. The dishwasher ran, but not sure if it actually did anything. The sink in the master bathroom refused to drain even after calling maintenance. Not a big deal to me, but they did not have a hair dryer. The GOOD: LOCATION is great. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach/restaurants and they have parking for 2 cars. Property manager was communicative and came to check on the sink issue twice although it was never fully fixed. Check in/out is a breeze and the price is fine for what you get. The place was clean upon arrival. OVERALL this place is fine if you know what you're getting. It was cheaper than other rentals in the area and, again, CLEAN. None of the bad is a deal breaker and may not bother most people, however I thought people should know about some of the issues.
