Bring the whole family together and spread out at this exquisite, three-story, four-bedroom home that features a top-floor great room with a large, open kitchen that's brimming with accessories, a dining table for eight for meals or family game nights, and a spacious and inviting living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, and a gas fireplace. The second-story includes an additional living space with a kitchenette - great for quiet afternoons, while the lower-level boasts two storage spaces with plenty of beach toys, a commercial ice maker, mini fridges, and more. And outside, take in fabulous views off the furnished decks, gather around the firepit, play in the grassy yard, or fish off the dock. And for sleeping arrangements, this home offers four cozy bedrooms on the second and third floors for a grand total of six beds.

Additional perks include beach chairs, beach blankets, a bait cooler, two kayaks, boogie boards, and two surfboards. A Baby gate is also provided.

Such a great time

We truly loved our stay here and would highly recommend this home. The home is gorgeous and gave us everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed having bonfires every night in the backyard and fishing off the pier. We also loved that we could use the amenities in Colington Harbor too. The location was very quiet and yet still close to everything. We had such a wonderful vacation and we're very grateful we got to stay here.

Nice with lots of extras

The home is very nice and in a quiet, area with beautiful views. Clean home with the exception of the decks and deck furniture which had lots of spider webs and bugs as well as ceiling lights had cobwebs. So many spiders on deck furniture, unable to sit and enjoy without getting in them. However, one call and VACASA was on it and sent a crew to come pressure wash. Was VERY enjoyable outside then. TV's were all streaming only using personal logins which is fine unless you don't stream and then you have to remember to log out when leaving, which we forgot to do. Many extras have been included such as kayaks, life jackets, dog bowls and towels, lots of beach chairs, surf boards, etc. Again, beautiful home that was clean in every aspect but the webs which were handled quickly.

Sound Living

The house was lovely and it seems they thought of just about everything. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach towels, beach blanket. Water toys were great! The 3 stories got to me a little, but heck, I'm 66, have a broken toe and threw out my back before vacation. The rest of the family was fine. The neighbors on the east side, Chris and Michelle, were extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the best beaches to collect shells and the best bait the use for fishing and crabbing.

Wonderful Stay at Sound Living!

Beautiful and well equipped home that had everything we could have asked for. We were so lucky to find this listing last minute! Great views of the Sound with Kayaks to explore, tons of beach chairs, and other amenities you typically don't see in a rental. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
