Very nice experience with both, the property and the host.

It was all perfect!
Our stay was amazing and perfect in line with pictures and expectations. All clean, well working, great pool with perfect natural water and in a very quiet and relaxing environment. It was absolutely amazing with great support of Evy and her husband. The sun umbrella was broken and within one day we had a very nice new one. That is service!

A good place to relax
We really enjoyed being in this beautiful villa. The villa is very luxuriously furnished and nearly nothing will be desired. The very large pool was really great, and we enjoyed it use it as much as possible. Unfortunately, there was not enough shade in the surroundings of the villa. Especially with five person it was very difficult to get a shady place. Unfortunately, the large parasol, as visible in the picture, doesn’t exist. We couldn’t use the roof terrace as we expected because of missing chairs, table, and parasol. However, except these small topics for improvement, all the rest was fantastic, and we would come back at any time.

The house is lovely, absolutely everything is in the kitchen ( you could cater for 20 with the amount of crockery and cultlery this house has ) . The house was immaculately clean and ready for us to use on time. Will definitely be back

Great house, unprepared for guests
The house is more lovely than the pictures show (which is saying a lot!). The level of finish and cleanliness in the house is perfect. However, there was a strange lack of amenities given the high end nature of the rental (lack of enough towels for everyone staying, only 2 dishtowels, no hand soap, no paper towels, very little toilet paper, etc). There was also a LONG and unusual set of rules: sit on the couch only with a blanket under you, must keep a plastic cover on the dining table, clean the OVEN when you leave, dont use too much electricity (total of 20-25 strict rules). It was a lovely house, and with a few minor adjustments, I would recommend this rental wholeheartedly. I would likely rent this house again, even with the restrictive rules, due to how great the property is.

Après un agréable contact avec Evy et Luigi, l’accueil aussi était chaleureux! La villa.. rien à dire sauf « fantastique ». Les enfants ont adoré (nous aussi évidemment) et avec le cœur brisé on a du partir. Le calme, le bon temps, la luxe.. On vous souhaite une belle vie dans votre chez vous, et on ne sait jamais, peut-être au revoir! Ellen et famille

So disappointed!
On arriving at the villa later than expected (which they decided not to charge us the late-check in fee!) , after a flight delay and mix up with car hire firm, we were met by the villas representative. After quickly showing us around, we checked with him to ensure the pool was heated. We were told that this was not possible as it would take 3-4 days to heat it up. We were told that "we should have requested this when we booked and it would cost us 100 euros extra". However, it did state on the description at the time - heated pool. Both of our kids were so disappointed. In addition to this, the pool and patio area was very dirty with lots of debris lying around. The pool cleaner did not arrive until the Wednesday (our 4th day). We have stayed in many villas over the years and this is the first one that did not have any kind of welcome pack. There was one bottle of water in the fridge and that was it. After a long journey with two teenagers, arriving late at night, some bread, milk would have been nice. As the evenings were very cold, we were looking forward to using the wood burning fire as shown on the website, but on the long list of things not to do, using the fire was one of them. We usually love to BBQ on holiday, but sadly the bbq was stored away round the corner and very dirty and unusable. On check out, it states that you must empty dishwasher, clean oven, clean coffee machine, empty fridge, strip beds and so on. All before 10am! Even though we were charged 210 euros for cleaning! Not exactly the relaxing, luxurious holiday we were looking forward to sadly.

Very Disappointing
The villa looks amazing in the photos, but when we arrived it was very, very dirty. The pool was absolutely disgusting, full of dirt and debris. However we could not use it as it was too cold, so not as big a problem as it would have been if we had gone in mid summer instead of beginning of April. It is in a nice location, and would be a nice villa if it was cleaned up and maintained better, the pool was full of flaking bits of paint from the villa facade, and debris from the trees nearby, i think it had not been cleaned for a long time. On checkout, we mentioned the dirty pool, but the owner's representative just shrugged. Then, to cap it all off, after a full inspection on check out, they tried to charge us 60 euros for a small plastic plate that we did not even break!! I guess that was just out of spite because we commented on the dirty state of it!!

Delightful villa
Although only there for a long weekend the villa was very nicely presented, in a lovely location and private. Cindy and her team were excellent and so friendly we very soon felt at home.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Benissa! Een schitterende villa in een mooi omgeving, met een prachtig zwembad en ruime kamers. Heel aangename ontvangst ook en lekkere home-made paella van Evy! Een aanrader!

Perfect retreat
We loved every moment of staying at this villa. The location was excellent with beautiful views of the coast. It is a 5 minute drive from Moraira and just down the road from the local beaches and walks along the coast. The villa and pool were simply stunning with everything you could need for an easy and enjoyable stay. Communication with the owner and manager was excellent. We would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to returning.

Belle villa moderne
La villa est située au fond d ‘une impasse, près d’un coin boisé où se baladaient des écureuils et l’environnement était très calme, les maisons voisines étaient toutes inoccupées. C est une maison moderne bien décorée et bien équipée. La climatisation est appréciable la nuit. La grande piscine de 9m est très agréable. Il y a de nombreuses chaises longues. Un deuxième grand parasol serait une bonne chose car il fait très chaud et on cherche l ombre. En fin de journée nous faisions une pétanque quand le terrain était à l ombre. On a beaucoup aimé les criques de Benissa et l environnement, toute la colline est couverte de villas , il y a peu d immeubles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

High Spec Villa
Stayed for 3 weeks over Xmas and New Year with family. Villa was beautiful , built to a high specification and was very clean. Area is very quiet with no noise which was excellent as we had a baby with us. Only a short drive in to Moraira or Calpe and not too far to visit Javea or Denia. Perfect Villa for a family to take a break. Hopefully come back some again in the future.
