PARADISE! Beach Club 909 Avalon* 9th Floor 2BR/2BA lovely direct beach front!

The Beach Club is a classy, well maintained beach resort located down Fort Morgan road! Guests never have to leave as there is much to be done on the property. The Beach Club offers restaurants, shopping, and pools right on the shores of sugar white sandy beaches!

Unit 909 in the Avalon (A) Tower boasts 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The living room is very comfortable with a large sectional sofa and an additional cozy chair. The dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats 3 for a total of 7 seats. This unit sleeps 6 guests if needed; 4 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sleeper sofa in the living room. The master includes a king size bed with attached en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom includes 2 sinks in the vanity, a walk-in closet, large garden tub/shower, and a toilet. The 2nd bedroom offers a king size bed with attached bathroom entrance which boasts a shower and in-vanity sink. there is also a half bath in the hall that is convince to anyone in the unit!

The tower that the condo is located in has an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub and kiddie pool for use at NO charge.

Great Family Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and had all that we needed. The resort was perfect for our family. Check in process was so easy and the resort staff was so helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation resort!
I love staying at the Beach Club! It’s clean and the amenities are top notch! The only thing about this stay was that there was some sort of young girl/teen cheerleading competition. A very large number of girls were staying at the property and they were very loud and obnoxious. The Screaming and yelling made for a less enjoyable vacation! There were other people complaining all around us. Couldn’t relax in the pool in the evening because they took it over and were screaming and loud and pretty rude. Hopefully the next time my family stays, they will not be there!

Fabulous Time
I spent and extended weekend with my family and we were so happy. The condo was perfect in every way. We did not lack for anything. The decor was perfect and the furniture is comfortable. I will be staying againg with my family in the future. Easy check in process. Super happy with our experience.

Nice condo at the Beach Club - Avalon
It was a nice condo, decorated very nice. The mattress in the main bedroom is worn out needs to be replaced! It was not as clean as it should be, there was popcorn, peanuts, and a napkin under the couch and table in the living room. Also a whole lot of dust under the beds! Otherwise pretty clean! There was so many dishes and utensils to use, very nice. Also they DO have a Keurig machine, which I had asked and they told me no! So we packed ours up to go with us, but their Keurig had a lot of sediment in it and I actually cleaned it for them. Do not listen to the BC gate security to let you into the condo before 4pm! They insisted that we could go on in 3x and so we called security and they let us in. We only wanted to walk to the beach because we got there early. Anyway……WSR called me and literally ripped me, because we got into the condo before 4pm. It was NOT our fault, the BC security who owns the property INSISTED for us to get into the condo early, they said it happens all the time. Anyway…..we let the security know that WSR was not happy and they said well that is ridiculous! The lady was cleaning the condo when we went in and you could tell she had cleaned most of it when we got there. We told her we just wanted to put our cart with luggage in the room. She was upset, which I probably would be also, BUT…..we were told it was okay! We felt like we were back in school being punished. Anyway the Avalon 909 is a very nice condo. We love this resort!!!

Very nice and comfortable, had everything we needed for our two weeks, kitchen was clean and stocked with all the small appliances we could have needed. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Had problem starting dishwasher but finally got it lined out.

Girls getaway
The condo was beautiful, clean , neat, love the decor, comfy beds , beautiful view of the beach. The patio furniture was really comfy , love the taller table and chairs. We stayed in September, our condo was so quiet and peaceful. The area at the resort is beautiful and well manicured. Loved the swings down by the pool and the long boardwalk down to the beach. We can’t wait to come back

We love staying at the Beach Club. This was our first time in unit 909A. We had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. We brought friends with us and even attended a concert at The Wharf. We loved the unit, it was perfect for our group. Would definitly book this one again.

Restful Vacation
Week long stay at Beach Club. Stay was great. Condo was as advertised. Enjoyed the pools and the cleanliness of the beach. The young men who took care of chair service were so willing to help beach-goers. Enjoyed the food truck, restaurant, entertainment area. The one thing you should know - it is 15 minute drive to restaurants and shopping if this is something you desire to do. One thing I would do differently - I would rent directly from an owner who is willing to share their owner benefits. Great vacation.

Beautiful location and condo!
Condo was decorated nicely and spacious for 2 couples. Great view of the Gulf and The Beach Club property. We thoroughly enjoued our stay. A few things need to be addressed.. lighting over sining table is awful. We are big game and card players and lighting was so dim this was difficult. Balcony porch light was burned out, toilet in Master Bath ran constantly unless handle jiggled. The kitchen could have used another cookie sheet or two. We had no dishcloths. Just advice -there were no spices or salt/pepper at all aa sometimes there are in rentals. Plenty of knives and cutting boards . Every skillet was warped and Teflon flaking so hard to use. Nice big pantry, nice closet by washer/sryer hut area was congested. Very nice to have 2 king size beds and each have our own bath and separate 1/2 bath. The ac vents are at the top of high ceilings and tend to blow on you when sitting in living area or on the beds. Deflextors would be nice. Overall great unit!

The condo was very modern and up to date. There was a few basic necessities that were not there, coffee filters, salt/pepper, storage containers. Also there was only 1 extra blanket, needed at least 2.
