Situated on the ground floor, this lovely, tastefully decorated, 20m² studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Everything has been refurbished and decorated by an interior designer.

Enjoy a spacious open layout combining living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a plush double bed with premium hotel-quality linens for your ultimate comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. There's also a dining area for two people.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. A laundry room, with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, is also available free of charge in the house's common area.

You can also access the shared garden with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

For leisure, a municipal swimming pool is just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for a refreshing swim.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: The mattresses are futons imported directly from Japan. The comfort of the bed depends on personal preference, particularly whether you prefer a firm or softer bed. By nature, futons combine firmness and comfort, offering optimal support that is often recommended for good health.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
