Upscale home in the trees on a hill, yet very close to downtown
This house is an oasis in the trees, yet close to downtown. It’s up on a hill on a dead end street, and close to the beautiful OHSU campus that has a gondola type tram to ride into town. Hang out on the deck overlooking trees, relax in the hot tub, cook in the chef’s kitchen, work out in the gym area, and walk a block away to a magical Marquam Nature Preserve forest which is amazing. The park on the top of the hill is one of the best in the west, and within two miles is the famous Japanese Gardens, Rose Garden, and Portland Zoo.

We are from the San Francisco area and we fell in love with how close the house is to the coast, wine country, the Columbia River Gorge, yet minutes to downtown.
Why they chose this property
The house was built by one of the best builders in the Northwest, and this is his favorite home. It flows really well and really nicely finished. We love it!
