The Space:
This residence is a 1440 square foot two bedroom, two bath, condominium located on the West End of Sanibel Island. The condo features direct gulf views from a partial wraparound patio, a full kitchen with cookware, a walk in laundry and recreation room with sink basin, large living area with dining table, and a king/double twin bed configuration in the bedrooms.
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING- THE TIME PERIOD AUGUST 15TH-OCTOBER 1ST 2022 HAS BEEN DRAMATICALLY DISCOUNTED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS AT REDUCED PRICES BECAUSE THERE WILL BE A WATER PIPE PROJECT OCCURRING ON PREMISES. WHILE NO DIRECT INTRUSION TO GUESTS IS EXPECTED, THE COMPLEX IS ESTIMATED TO BE NOISY AND BUSY WITH CONTRACTORS DURING THIS TIME. PLEASE NOTE THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING.
