Needs a little TLC
Spectacular condo in regards to the proximity to the ocean, the view and the updated interior. Upon entering the condo you are captivated by the spaciousness and unobstructed, wide view to the ocean. Looking closer it needs a little TLC from use of prior guests.-Refrigerator shelves/drawers broken-Many of the door handles were loose throughout the condo. -Bottom of refrigerator coming off-Scuffs on walls and doors-Mini fridge missing in master-TV by pool table not functional due to bad cable wire in the back. Experience was outstanding, just time for the owner to invest in the property and address the details.

Great place, ease & communication with owner was on point. Actually this condo is really amazing. Completely stocked in kitchen and clean linens. The private entrance area made me feel safe (as single mom) for was was a bonus. The view is breathtaking. We will definitely be back and looking forward to staying here again

Large Condo for a family
We had some hiccups when we checked in but Las Palomas and the owner worked with us to be as comfortable as possible. The condo was not cleaned very well by the staff but the owner was attentive and had the staff clean the condo again the next day. Overall the condo is great, just needs a little maintenance.

Great space with lots of room and amazing views
Las Palamas is a great resort and we loved the space this condo offered. It housed 7 adults and 4 kids perfectly for a week. It has great views, we were able to watch dolphins on the patio most days. The swinging chair on the patio was a hit by all 11 of us, so relaxing. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the condo and it was stocked with everything we needed. We all also loved the ice maker. Would definitely recommend staying here. The only reason for the 4 stars was the bathrooms were not super clean when we got there.

Our stay was wonderful! There was an issue that happened prior to our arrival and the owner reached out to inform me about it. Great communication! Only thing I wish the property management company would leave more than 1 trash bag, dishwasher soap and paper towels when staying there for 4 days.

Rocky Point Relaxation
Spent a week in in this huge condo in Rocky Point. Very nice condo with great views! We took our 2 daughters and 2 other families and there was plenty of room for everyone. Spent our days relaxing at the pool and the beach, condo was a great place to spend the evenings. Had a problem with the water heater but called maintenance and this was fixed promptly. Very relaxing week, we would would stay at this condo again.

Our children have grown up vacationing at Rocky Point and we have stayed here at Las Palomas for many many years. We were excited about the size and location of the room as it fit our family perfectly. We loved our time at the resort! We did not love the hard uncomfortable beds or old appliances that need replacing. The drier did not dry the cloths, maintenence came right over, but it continued to not dry, the refrigerator is missing bins on the door which was missed with all the food with our large group and the dishwasher was missing racks and rollers. With upgraded appliances and new beds we would stay here again. As is we were disappointed.

Needs update
Very very nice place but lots of stuff broken needs fixed entertainment system badly needs upgraded DVD doesn't work speakers on patio doesn't work also hot water stays hot like for 5 minutes then cold that needs to be looked at as well. Pool sticks all need maintenanced. No patio furniture on master bedroom. Locks on bedroom doors inoperable. The pics are updated but just needs tuned up a bit. Ed

I bought this property as it is the closest, largest, and nicest unit in Las Palomas. I love the Sandy Beach area and the Rocky Point location. It is only a 3 1/2 hr drive from Phoenix. The last 60 miles within in Mexico. I have been going to Rocky Point for 15 years without any issues or fears

What makes this property unique

Sandy Beach has 10+ bars and restaurants to choose from. Las Palomas has 3 pool bars, 3 restaurants , a coffee bar, 2 lazy rivers, work out room, and convenience store. Phase 3 has openned as well. No need to leave the property!!
