Great apartment conveniently located

The apartment is very clean and perfect for visiting DC being situated on two major metro lines As convenient as it was you do need to watch the area especially at night.

A fair deal...

Very clean interior, decent bed, Metro station nearby, property owner Nick lives above the rental unit and is accessible, friendly, and responsive. The immediate surrounding neighborhood has a few issues. But overall this VRBO property is quite rentable.

Just what we needed

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for just the two of us! We really appreciated having a washer and dryer to use!!! Also we are not fans of street parking so having our own personal space in the back was a plus!!! Nicholas was very attentive and responded asap! Definitely recommend staying again!

Very accommodating

Great art. Nice finishes. Nice and cozy. Tiny house meets HBCU vibe. My only complaint is that the frame of the bed was probably broken or had issues because it had weights on either side. It was comfortable at first but it really hurt later. I think the frame needs more slats or the host can switch for a metal frame.

All new space

This space was very nice, since it is all new. Private basement entrance with plenty of exterior lighting and off street parking. The two block walk to the Metro worked out great for us. We went into the Capital Region each day and the travel was pleasant. The location and price was very good.
