## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located northwest of Paris. Paradoxically considered the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether on safety, proximity, cleanliness, quiet. Very well connected by transport and only minutes from any trade.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the North-East side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mixture of old France atmosphere and bobos.
