Very clean, just like the photos!

My family visited Siesta Key for the first time and stayed at Bob's condo - it was just like the photos! I chose it because I read every review praising the cleanliness (I have 2 daughters, 6 months and 2.5 years and am terrified of them getting sick!) and the condo deserved the hype! The smaller (of the two) pool is a 1 minute walk down the steps and the beach is a 10-15 minute across the street from the property. It was a great experience and we now want to visit Siesta Key annually! Thanks again for your quick responses and helpfulness, Bob!

Stay in Siesta Key

Overall the property was great. Good location about 5 minutes or so from Siesta Village. Quick walk across the street to the beach with private access and chairs/loungers.Pool was heated which was nice because it was a bit chilly.The only issue was the cleanliness of the unit. You could feel the dirt and grime with your feet on the hardwoord floors. When you wore socks, the bottom of the socks were black within minutes. It was a real concern because I was with my 12 month old who crawls and walks everywhere and his hands were dirty. The tubs/showers were also very dirty.I understand this is a popular unit that is constantly booked, but I feel that the management should block this out for 1-2 days for a deep cleaning for guests paying all of this money.

Will not disappoint!

Good location on Intercoastal and a short walk to the ocean via the sister location across the road. Beautiful pool situated on the Intercoastal. Gated property with easy access, beautiful grounds. Unit located on the 3rd floor was well maintained with water view and shaded porch with access of MBR and living area.

Palm Bay Club Inter-coastal Side

We had a fantastic stay at your condo. Cleanliness was A. We were thankful there were some Keurig coffee as we arrived late and didn't have time to make a grocery run. For the pool lovers, its just steps away with seating on the inter-coastal side. The walk across to the beach was easy. Check in was smooth. We would definitely come back for a longer stay. Great stay on siesta key!

I recently stayed at this wonderful property on Siesta Key and it was amazing! The beach was just a short walk away, and the sand really did live up to its reputation – powdery white and just perfect. The unit itself was cozy, immaculate, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was super friendly and gave us some great local tips. Can't wait to come back!

Fabulous stay

The property was as expected, clean, comfortable and included everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Proximity to Siesta Beach and Siesta Village was great. We enjoying using the pool and the hot tub near our building. Due to recent hurricanes, there were still recovering but our host was very upfront and communicative. It was a very enjoyable stay!!!

Beautiful condo! Next to the intercodtal! 8 minute walk from the gulf! Nice pools and hot tub! The beach and water are beautiful! Its great that they provide chairs and take them wherever you want to on the private beach.. Condo not new but beautifuly decorated. It was nice to be able to catch the e trolley into the village.

A lovely vacation

My family had a relaxing stay in this beautiful condo. The location, beach access, amenities, decor and cleanliness were all perfect. We were even allowed an earlier check in that helped our travel timing! Overall wonderful experience!

Siesta Key Family Vacation

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key and we loved our stay! The condo was just as described and we appreciated the safety it offered as well as the short walk to the beach! We packed everything we needed for a day at the beach, however we didn't need to as this condo had coolers, beach towels, beach toys and floats in the closets! Bob and Bonnie had excellent communication and were great to work with. If we ever come back to Siesta Key, we will book at this condo again! Thanks for making our family vacation a memorable one!

Without Roof replacment - would have been perfect

Condo is in a great spot and spacious. Beds are very comfy. Bathrooms could use an update. Unfortunately during our stay the roof was being replaced - lots of noise and dust, and as luck would have it, on our last day, the roof above our condo (we were on the top floor) started at 8 am. The balconies were covered in debris. Lesson learned - going forward will ask about construction projectis

Girls Getaway - Amazing Property

Our stay in this unit at the Palm Bay Club was everything we could ask for and more. The condo was incredibly clean and stocked with everything we could need for our stay. Beach towels were even provided. The decor was beautiful and modern and just as pictured. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. The Palm Bay Club property was also superb. We appreciated the private beach with free lounge chairs and loved the bayside pool area. We will definitely be staying here again sometime in the future.

A pleasant stay

We are always concerned about cleanliness every time we travel to a new place; after carefully reading all the available reviews about the property, we decided to book it. To our surprise, the condo was sparkly clean and neat when we checked in. Everything worked well, the condo is exactly as described on the website, and the owner was very responsive and helpful if we had a question. We indeed had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful Siesta Key!

My husband and two daughters stayed for a week and the property was absolutely beautiful! We arrived driving from PA 2 hours prior to check-in and the owners allowed us access to the property early. The place was clean and evenings were quiet and peaceful. Great communication and location. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.

Great Location

Location of this condo is great, steps from the Bay pool and in a condo community which felt very safe. Access to the grounds and beach were via keypad code which worked perfectly. Overall great stay!

PERFECT CONFO

This brightly lit 3rd floor 2BR condo was perfect for four people. It is on the bay side and next to the nice pool. The beach is just across the street, an easy walk from the condo. Palm Bay club has nice tennis courts and a very nice fitness center. Palm Bay is nicely located on Siesta Key about half way from Stickney Point road to Siesta Key village. This resort is very popular. Book at least a year or more before your visit. This condo is so desirable it was booked up more than a year in advance.

Great location and facilities!!!

Only deceiving unit detail in the listing was the washer and dryer being on the floor of the property and NOT in the unit. If the unit thermostat is going to be limited to 70 degrees on the COOL setting, I believe that detail should be included in the unit description. Beautiful and clean pool back by the intercostal waterway and it was so great that we could drive our car to the Gulf/beach side of the property and park there to access the beach. Overall, we loved the unit and location!!!

Very disappointing!

While the pictures and description of the properties are accurate, we dealt with a number of known issues in this condo. 1) Garbage disposal needs to be replaced. It leaks and we didn't discover this until there was water on the floor. We looked underneath the sink and found a bucket and towel placed underneath it. 2) Beds/Pillows are old and not comfortable. 3) Cabinet door in 2nd bathroom doesn't stay shut. We wondered why there was packing tape holding it shut. 4) Cockroach in the kitchen. Of course we couldn't catch it before it went in hiding. We could not sleep after that. 5) Bathroom rugs old and dirty plus the doors don't close over them.
