About this property

Top renovated farmhouse (approx. 250 sqm) in the best location on the Nikolaushöhe in Würzburg. Between vineyards and fruit land you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the city and nature. It is only a few kilometers to the city center about 5 minutes by car, there is also a bus connection via the Frankenwarte. 10 minutes walk to the famous Wahllfahrtskirche of Balthasar Neumann the Käppele or a good 25 minutes walk to the city center. A carport with wallbox is available. Beautiful, large garden and a large terrace with furniture invite you to barbecue. There is a small soccer field, swings, small slide, mini water pool and playroom for children. Spacious, and very well equipped modern kitchen with kitchen block and gas stove.

Richtig schön!

Ich war selbst nicht Übernachtungsgast im Haus, habe nur unsere dort bleibende Verwandtschaft immer wieder besucht und Transportfahrten gemacht. Aber alle waren sehr begeistert, es hat alles, was man braucht für eine schöne Auszeit und war so wundervoll wie beschrieben.

Entspanntes Familienwochenende über Würzburg

Wir haben das verlängerte Wochenende mit der erweiterten Familie in diesem Haus oberhalb von Würzburg sehr genossen. Super viel Platz, schöne Natur und trotzdem kurze Wege!

Kurzurlaub mit befreundeter Familie

Wir waren mit zwei Paaren und 2 Kleinkindern für ein langes Wochenende in dem schön gelegen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus zu Gast. Mit kleinen Ausnahmen waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Lediglich mit kleinen Kindern die nur schlecht alleine in fremden Unterkünften einschlafen, erscheint eine andere Unterkunft besser. Aufgrund der knarrenden Holzdielen und quietschenden, tlw. nicht mehr so gut schließenden Türen (was bei dem Alter des Hauses ja vollkommen normal ist), ist ein „rausschleichen“ aus dem Schlafzimmer schwierig.

Für Besuche in Würzburg

Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, die schöne Ecke mit dem tollen Esstisch war genau richtig für uns (6 Frauen) Die Lage ist optimal für Spaziergänge in die Stadt.

Schönes Ferienhaus für Familie mit Kindern

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb mit schönem und großzügigem Garten. Nach einem Sightseeing-Tag ist es sehr erholsam, sich in diesen Garten zurückzuziehen. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit vielen angenehmen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es ein Kinder-Spielzimmer und separate Bereiche im Garten für Erwachsene und Kinder - wirklich toll gemacht. Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen Ü50 dort Urlaub gemacht. Schade war, dass es einiges gab, das für uns ohne die zahlreichen Flecken schöner gewesen wäre (Couch, Gartenauflagen...). Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern mag aber das gerade charmant sein. So müssen sich die Eltern keine Sorgen über den einen oder anderen zusätzlichen Fleck machen. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub

Tolles Haus

Tolles großes Haus, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt mit geringen Einschränkungen. Mikrowelle nicht vorhanden, Duschbrause defekt und Abfluss mit Geruch. Nutzung der Waschmaschine kostenpflichtig. Das große Esszimmer hätten wir nicht gebraucht, lieber ein zweites Badezimmer.

Hervorragende Lage mit viel Raum

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit gut bestückter Küche. Die angegebene Mikrowelle haben wir leider nicht gefunden ? Großzügiges Raumangebot mit funktionaler Einrichtung. Der Fernsehempfang via Sat-Receiver war leider nicht möglich. Receiver wahrscheinlich defekt.

Charmantes Haus mit schönem Garten in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem stilvoll eingerichteten und schön gelegenen Haus wirklich sehr genossen! Es liegt inmitten der Natur und doch nah am Zentrum. Insbesondere der Garten hatte es uns sehr angetan!

Entdecke Deutschland: Corona macht es möglich

Als passionierte Frankreich Urlauber hat uns das Frankenland positiv überrascht. Würzburg und Umgebung bietet sehr viel und die lokalen Weine sind eine Offenbarung. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen. Grundstück und Umgebung (Spielplatz Frankenwarte) sind ideal für Kinder. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Gerne wieder!
