At the foot of the famous great beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, with its cycle path, its beach huts and close to all amenities, you can do everything on foot (pedestrian streets, restaurants, market Halles ...), this flat will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday!

The flat comprises a large, bright and functional living room with a 140cm sofa bed, coffee table and TV, opening onto a small balcony, and a dining area with table, chairs and sideboard.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, etc.
A shower room with WC, shower cubicle, hairdryer and vanity unit with storage space.

Finally, on the night side, there is a large bedroom adjoining the shower room, with a king-size bed (2X90), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. There is a second small balcony with a lovely side sea view.

There is free parking in the streets of the town centre.

10 minutes' walk from Les Sables d'Olonne SNCF train station.
