This stunningly beautiful, newly renovated & upscaled home is nestled on the shores of Carter’s Creek just off of the Rappahannock River, surrounded by the splendor of the Chesapeake Bay. The Point House is affordable & elegant & provides a lovely beach with a deep-water dock & 175-foot pier for your yacht. All seasons of the year, you & your family will love our large beach for sunning, swimming, crabbing & building sandcastles together.

With gorgeous views of the water from every room, you will enjoy our fully stocked gourmet kitchen, dining area for 8, beautiful breakfast room, large & relaxing living room, large gas fireplace & hearth, flat screen TV, new granite wet bar, 4+ bedrooms with our beautiful main floor Master, outdoor grill & picnic table, all rooms have access to the waterfront deck & patios. Each room has large windows & sliding glass doors that capture our stunning views from sunrise with your first cup of coffee to sunsets with your favorite glass of wine! With our waterfront home & surrounding beach, kids & adults will love crabbing, fishing, swimming, sunning, or gliding the creek in our kayaks & paddle board. Enjoy 4 Yoga mats for your relaxation! The well-known Tides Inn is just a mile away for a romantic evening out. Merroir (Rappahannock Oyster Company), just across the Rappahannock River, is famous for its oysters & offers charming outdoor riverside dining. Adrift, in White Stone, is fabulous & open for dinner, as is 77 Social, & Dredge, in Irvington. Blue Honey Pilates Studio is a 5-minute walk from the house. Summer is the perfect time to relax & enjoy all our property & the area provides for your family’s vacation. With our shelling & sunning beaches, you can take in the views, enjoy a picnic & play in the water. We have lots of fun water toys! From Crab Pot’s to Fishing Poles, from Kayaking to Paddle Boarding, & more. Don't forget to book early for the Fourth of July, as it is such a special time in Irvington! Our Annual Hometown Parade winds its way through the main streets of Historic Irvington. Kids of all ages can participate! Our amazing town also host the world-renowned United States Air Force Band concert featuring patriotic music at the Village Green! Bring a blanket & a picnic & sing along to your favorite songs!

Santa arrives during the popular Christmas Parade & the town of Irvington is decorated in all its glory to ring in the Holiday Season! It is a popular time for our home to be rented by families that return to enjoy making more memories together. Take in all the area Holiday events this magical time of year brings & make life long memories with your family! We even have a large fully decorated & lit Christmas Tree & wreath for you & your family to enjoy throughout the special Holiday Season!

Easter brings a burst of color as our hillside lights up with blooming daffodils & tulips! Generations of the Williams Family have enjoyed gathering on the hill to partake in the fun & excitement the Easter Bunny has provided. Make special memories with your little ones in our beautiful setting.

Great outdoor & indoor spaces. 2 Beaches featuring our sunning & sandcastle beach for relaxation, & one of the only natural beaches on Carter’s Creek, below the home, is perfect for shelling at low tide. Crab, boat, sun, fish, swim & kayak from our shores.

Private upper & lower wrap around decks with gorgeous waterfront views. Large main floor living room with a beautiful new comfortable sectional, gas fireplace, wet bar, & ample seating. The main level of the home features 20 foot vaulted ceilings.

Also located on the main floor, you’ll enjoy our fully stocked gourmet Kitchen additionally equipped with Holiday China for your festive family dinners, Dining room that seats 8, Breakfast room that seats 4-6, & our beautiful “View Room” enclosed sitting porch that captures stunning views of the water.

We feature a large sand beach & deep-water dock with 4 boat slips. Provided are potable water, 30 amp electrical, & lighting. Huckleberry Point is located 11 miles up the Rappahannock River from Windmill Point on the Chesapeake Bay in the natural harbor of Carters Creek. For your security, & ours, we utilize 4 exterior motion activated, video only cameras, located on the front corners of the home, on the ring doorbell, & on the back upper deck looking towards the beach & dock area. Your safety & comfort are our biggest priority, & we’d like you to know that we always completely clean & sanitize our home between every rental. Towels & bedding are laundered in hot water, & all surfaces are wiped down.
