Beautiful spacious new home overlooking Lake Tuscaloosa. Soaker tub with a lake view. Large dining table and sectional sofa. Large covered patio overlooking the lake with circular sectional for relaxing. Brand new everything from washer and dryer to kitchen appliances. Large front yard and relaxing front porch with rocking chairs.
Brand new dock with amazing view.
King beds in 3 bedrooms and a bunk room with twin xl beds that can sleep 4 adults! Queen pull out bed in the living room sectional!
The view of the lake from the backyard and the dock are amazing!
*There are 3 outdoor cameras located in the following locations:
Doorbell, Above Garage Floodlight Camera, Backyard Floodlight Camera.
*Guests will be required to fill out and sign an Occupancy License Agreement prior to check in.
*Parking:
Street Parking - do not block driveways or park on neighbors property
Driveway and Garage - do not park or drive on grass

We were drawn to building our lake home on High Cliff for its secluded charm and the breathtaking views. Nestled in the area fondly referred to as "Big Water" by locals, the sweeping view from our property is truly something special.
