You won't have to worry about bringing anything, as all linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. Daily housekeeping ensures you always have a clean and tidy room to return to after a busy day of exploring the city. Enjoy free breakfast, a pool, and a fitness center—you will love your stay! Our waterfront property is conveniently located near Florida Bay, Sombrero Beach, Calusa Beach, the Dolphin Research Center, and Turtle Hospital.

-There are 2 pools (heated) on the property from 8 AM-10 PM;

- Housekeeping is offered for guests staying 4 nights.
- Pets are allowed (Dogs only) for a cost of $75 for the first 3 nights and free of charge for the remaining nights;

DOCKS & MARINA:
There are public docks across the street from the property as well as a public "Deep Blue" marina at the back of the property. The marina is not associated with the property but is just steps away and may be used by guests. Please inquire with them directly to get the rates.

- These are FOUR separate units. These are not adjoining units, units may not be located next to each other - the exact units are assigned upon arrival, based on availability. The price is for FOUR units.

Great place - but it is a hotel
The description is for 4 units and the pictures show a beach style house with a wrap around porch. There are no signs on this building to indicate this isn't what you will be staying in, this is a shop where you can purchase excursions and such. This is 100% a normal hotel property. No room balcony's. But it's a nice hotel, great breakfast, wonderful staff. We just expected the beach house building in the pictures.
