Distant a few hundred meters from the heart of the village, indulge yourself in this single-storey family house ideally located in a quiet setting in a beautiful 7000 m2 private parc with oaks and pine-trees, 5 min to the cycle path leading to the ocean. (45 mins).
Nestled in Uza domanial forest, close to all commodities (5 km) and beaches (12 km), the house is composed of a loft-style living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and storage cupboards, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 WC separate, 1 washing machine.
Fires and barbecue are not allowed but an electric Plancha is available.

Games and books are at your disposal.

The bedding is of quality and new, 140 cm mattresses, anti-perspirant mattress protectors, 220 x 240 cm duvets, 60x60 cm pillows and pillow protectors. Bed linings and towels can be provided on request with a supplement.

Bicycles can be rented on request too at additional cost. Guests are expected to keep the house clean and indoor and outdoor equipment cleaned. Additional 150€ will be withheld for pet or if extensive cleaning is required after checkout.

Easy access by motorway (Bordeaux-Bayonne), TGV (Dax), numerous tourist activities, water sports and discovery tours of the territory.

Excellent restaurants are within a walking distance to the village of Uza or a 5-minute drive away to Saint-Julien-en-Born.
