villa offers a living space of 95 m² and can accommodate up to 6

The outside is not to be outdone with a large tiled terrace, a private
area with barbecue, and private parking.

Within this residence, you will have access to a variety of leisure
facilities. Enjoy a huge 600m2 pool with hot tubs, as well as a playful
area with slides, a moving circuit, and a waterfall. For sports
enthusiasts, numerous courts are available: tennis, basketball, beach
volleyball, football, petanque, and table tennis. Children are not
forgotten with a playground and an inflatable castle.
