Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Hanglage mit Ausblick auf den Schwarzwald. Den Kurpark Gernsbach und das Freibad Igelbachbad erreichen Sie in rund 10 Gehminuten. Der Ortskern mit der nächsten S-Bahn, Bäckereien, Restraurants, Museum der Harmonie und mehr liegt circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Baden-Baden (15km), Bad herrenalb (13km), Rastatt (21km) und mehr liegen für Ausflüge angenehm nah. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht Ihnen bei uns zur Verfügung.
Die Ferienwohnung ist im Erdgeschoß und besitzt einen separaten Eingang durch den Garten. Sie ist komfortabel ausgestattet und hat 55 m². Das Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem WC und Tageslichtdusche ist durch einen Vorraum vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. Die Küchenzeile ist komplett eingerichtet. Es stehen Ihnen Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Ceranfeld mit Abzugshaube zur Verfügung. Im Wohn- und Eßzimmer befindet sich ein SAT-TV und Radio mit CD-Player.
