- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (with a high quality Microfiber Mattress of 1200Gr/m², ultra soft, breathable, washable with elastic straps for an even more pleasant sleep);
- a garden and a terrace lit by sunlight in summer and without having too much heat due to the fact that it is on the ground floor.

You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Fridge, Washing Machine, Dryer, Italian Coffee Machine and Coffee Machine Filter, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Saint-Denis is a French commune bordering Paris, located north of the capital, in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis, 25 minutes from the center of Paris.
