This place was amazing…so clean and spacious! Just perfect for 7 adults so that we weren’t on top of each other. The decor was very tasteful as well! And Lesley was always so quick to respond to all my questions.

Great view and location. Beautiful kitchen and living room. Den is not a true den but stair landing. We were counting on it for kids to sleep but only space for one. Home has all the amenities you need. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous home & location!

The house worked perfectly for us. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. One of the highlights was watching dolphins off of the dock.

We wanted something by the water for a guys golf trip…location is nice. Sadly, rained a couple days and didn’t get to partake in the pool or hot tub, but still a good vibe. Clean place, Lesley was very quick to respond, had a good time here.

Loved the house, loved the view!

The house was perfect for our family. 3 couples- one family has 2 small children. Can’t beat the views and loved the proximity to the beach and activities. Lesley was wonderful!

Walk to the Beach, Chill by the Pool and Bay

We have family based in Clearwater, so this was a wonderful place to make a home-base for those of us flying in from outta town. The photos understate the ambiance and comfort of the place. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to the sugar sand beaches. We all loved it here.

Perfect location!

This is a lovely house and plenty big enough for 8 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water views. The kitchen is well appointed and communication with the owner was easy and I always got a very quick response. The location is PERFECT! Quick walk to the beach, marina, and restaurants. And also on a quiet street. We will look to stay here again during our next trip to Clearwater.

Beautiful house and perfect location

I absolutely love Clearwater so staying here was perfect. The house is large enough to accommodate everyone with enough privacy. The outside deck and pool are fun. The view of the canal is beautiful. Cannot beat the location, can walk, cart or drive to all restaurants and beach in no time. Host was easily accessible if needed. Great communication! Thank you Leslie!

Amazing house

Had an amazing time in Clearwater and this house made it so!!! So clean and beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice!! Everything in walking distance. Highlight of the trip was watching the dolphins swimming right by us on the dock!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

On the bay, near the beach

We loved the property! The owner was easy to work with and the property was exactly what we were looking for! We had a group of 8 - ages 14 to 52, and there was something for everyone!! We saw dolphins, a variety of birds, caught fish and crabs in the bay. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach. Perfect property for us

Family Time

We recently spent 4 nights at this lovely home for a few quieter days between theme park visits. The location on the canal which was also walkable to the beach was great. Our two little boys enjoyed the pool very much and my husband was thrilled with the fishing available by charter nearby. Leslie was very responsive, helpful and personable. The home is very nicely kept and we found we had all we needed. Thank you Leslie for allowing your home to be part of our most recent vacation family memories!

What you see isn't what you get

We chose this place with grassy backyard for our dogs and and the grass was gone and was replaced by sharp sea shells. Issues/damage in the house from people before us and we had to be interrupted for repairs and problems. Pool/spa never worked properly and no instructions.

Stunning Property, Amazing Location, Lovely Host

Our stay was perfect! Lesley went above and beyond to ensure the home was ready for our trip since it had been impacted by the recent hurricanes. I would have never known because everything was in order. We stayed for Thanksgiving, and the home accommodated three generations, aged 16 to 80, with plenty of room to spare. The master bedroom/bathroom is upstairs with a small loft area - the remaining three bedrooms and two baths are downstairs with a split floor plan. The home is nicely decorated and has everything you'll need. The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the cups, plates, bowls, and cooking ware you would need - just be sure to bring your own seasonings/spices if you plan to do some cooking. The highlight of the home is the outdoor area. Although it was too cool to use the pool, it was lovely. The dock was a hit and we saw dolphins a few times from there and inside the living area as well. The location to Clearwater Beach is within walking distance - less than a 10-minute walk. Overall, we loved our stay, and would definitely return. Thank you, Lesley!

Clearwater Beach

The home and location were beautiful There was definitely a lack of communication between owner and myself. I felt like when I asked a question, I was annoying her There was no information booklet in the home We did not know we had heat on the jacuzzi There was no list of local restaurants/ shops etc No welcome bottle of wine with a note like in most houses Did not feel welcomed at all Also, host messaged me asking what time I wanted to check in while we were at airport to fly down I thought she was offering as the house would be cleaned and ready Then she proceeded to give me a price to check in early. If the house was ready, I thought that to be rude Same thing at checkout … would let us stay for a few Again, not welcoming at all 😳 This rental.. although home was beautiful, left a bad taste Sorry for honest review.
