This home is a recently remodeled older home with 2 fireplaces (non-operational). One in LR and one in family room in basement. One of the bedrooms is utilized as an office (with printer). The eat-in kitchen is modern with a coffee station.

There is a large FR (with a game table & coffee station), plus LR which provides separate spaces for your 'down time'.

There are sectionals in both the LR and the Family Room with smart televisions in both also.

There is a ring doorbell at the front door.

Another great stay!

We spent Christmas Eve and day at the property and enjoyed the peaceful, clean, comfortable environment while we visited family. Our family has stayed here before and we will keep returning to this property because it offers just what we need when we travel to Springfield.

Cute little home away from home

This property was close to family and many food and shopping options. The house was cute and clean. I am a plus size gal and I appreciated that there were bigger towels available for me to use. Things were easy to operate. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend staying at this property.

A real gem. You will not regret your stay. Great location. Near food and shopping but out of the way in a quiet neighborhood right off one of the main streets in town. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms are cozy. I didn’t use the home office, but there’s one there for those who need it. It even has a finished basement that’s perfect for the kids to play and be out of the way. Stay here! You will not regret it!

Our Springfield Experience

Beautiful, newly renovated, spacious, and so comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We rested well. It felt like home, away from home, exactly what we were looking for. Everything was as listed and then some as far as amenities provided. We would like to make this property our go-to rental whenever we visit Springfield. And, Lucille is a wonderful host. Her suggestions were great as we toured Springfield. Very happy renters.

Fantastic place!

Spotless, super easy communication with host, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay next time I am in Springfield!!! Great location, it was nice to be able to use the garage to park the car each nite. It was beyond fantastic! Thanks so much!

Perfect Location. Good value.

This house was the perfect location for us. The kitchen had every appliance, gadget, dish and pots and pan assortment you could ever need. Plenty of towels and linens and other bathroom essentials. The garage was a big plus for us too. Overall, the house was perfectly adequate for our stay and saved us a lot of money by not having to stay in a hotel/motel. Good value!

Lucy's house was perfect for our stay in Springfield. In a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, ample towels. Having a garage available was also great. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Lincoln history trip

Grandsons Birthday

It was a joy staying here. The property was just as described. Clean quiet and most important safe neighborhood!! My grandson enjoyed the lower level family room. Plenty of room to play. Lucile was awesome and a pleasure to communicate with. The attention to detail for guest can be seen through out the rental. Would definitely stay again and if in the area so should you you wouldn't be disappointed 😉

We had a nice time. Only comment is kitchen could use more dishes. Had to run dish washer after every meal so we would have dishes for next meal.
