Welcome to our lovely family home in Commequiers, with its modern decor, garden and heated swimming pool in summer.

Enjoy your stay in Commequiers, 15 km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, and 9 km from the beaches of St Hilaire de Riez. Commequiers is a small village famous for its castle, and for its 14 km bike rail course.

This 120m² single-storey apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, and has a garden for fine weather.

Located in a quiet, residential area, this property is ideal for family vacations:

Bed and bath linen are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability).

This apartment comprises:
- A living room with television, sofa and dining table for 6 people.
Please note: the fireplace is non-functional
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, all necessary kitchen utensils)
- One bedroom with double bed, closet, bedside tables
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and an office area ideal for teleworking
- A third bedroom with a bunk bed (double bed downstairs and single bed upstairs)
- A bathroom with shower, double washbasin, bathtub, storage units and heated towel rail
- separate WC
- A laundry room next to the kitchen with washing machine, tancarville, iron and ironing board.
- a garage with a 2nd refrigerator. Please note: it is not possible to park vehicles in the garage.

Baby equipment: a highchair and a cot are available in the house.

Please note The pool is open and heated to 28°C from June to September, depending on weather conditions. If temperatures are too cool, the pool cannot be heated.

For your parking, you can park 2 to 3 vehicles in front of the house or along the sidewalk.

PLEASE NOTE: As the house is located in a residential area, parties and late nights are strictly forbidden in order to respect the site and the neighboring dwellings.
For security reasons, the house is equipped with a remote surveillance system on the street side.

Late arrivals will be charged €25 for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm and €50 for arrivals between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please let us know if you wish to arrive after 8:00 pm.
