Beautiful home located close to beaches and downtown Cape Coral 🏝🏖

Welcome to the Villa on Country Club!

This beautifully decorated home will definitely not disappoint! This lovely home is situated approximately 1.5 miles to Cape Corals Down Town District. Which has plenty of restaurants, night life and shopping. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. A heated pool, with a large under truss area in the lanai for dining and entertaining.

The kitchen has a margarita pass through window and a sliding glass door on either side to make entertaining easy! There is plenty of tableware and cooking utensils for you to chose from. The dining room has a large 8 person, glass top table for inside dining. The lanai also has seating for 6 if you'd prefer to eat outside. The kitchen also has barstools for a quick morning cup of coffee or meal.

The living room has a beautiful leather couch and a leather chair for relaxing or reading. This room has large windows allowing the sunlight to really brighten up the space. There are books and games located in the credenza for a nice relaxing game night with the family.

The family room has an oversized leather sectional for the whole family to enjoy. There is 65 inch Smart TV located in this room for entertaining purposes. What a great spot to gather with your fellow guests.

The main bedroom has a plush King Size bed for a nice relaxing night of sleep. There is large master closet to accommodate all your personal belongings. The bedroom also features a TV for your enjoyment.

There are two guest bedrooms. One has two Twin Beds and a walk in closet.
The other has a King Size bed, a walk in closet and a TV as well.

The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your use. You will also find cleaning supplies, such as a broom, mop and vacuum.

In the garage you'll find an assortment of coolers, beach chairs and an umbrella for a fulfilled day at the beach. There is also some pool floats and two bikes for your use located in the garage.

The lanai which was decorated for entertaining in mind is just that! There is a table and 6 chairs to eat or gather around as well as a seating area off to the side. The Lanai also has a propane grill that you may use to cook some fabulous meals as well as a 55" wall mounted TV for you to enjoy!!

This property was designed to keep family/guests together and also allow space to just relax and enjoy your vacation. The split floor plan really makes it perfect to feel like your right in the heart of the house but still allows you to find a quiet corner to relax.

Nice home. The pool receives sun all day but the covered patio area stays shaded which makes it great if you want to be outside. the only downside of the lanai is they installed LED lights in the porch ceiling that are tied to the string lights around the pool area so at night if you want lighting you are stuck with extremely bright lighting outside. Kind of feels like you are on display for the neighborhood. (they are very bright!!) so, you lack any ambiance. You can just use the pool light but that isn't bright enough to read anything on the porch area. The home is very clean and well-kept. The toilet was running in the bathroom but one call and it was fixed quickly (very prompt service!!). The home is centrally located in the SE area of Cape Coral which is a great area to stay in. Close to great restaurants and nightlife. The only thing that I was slightly disappointed in (I am a contractor) was the OTR microwave was not installed correctly and was VERY loose and shaky. Easy to fix, just needs to be reinstalled 3/4" higher so it is secure. The ladies were apprehensive about using it. Overall, I would definitely not hesitate to stay again. The rental process was very smooth and seamless.

Perfect Outdoor Space

My husband and I booked this beautiful property for a month and it was just perfect for our needs. The outdoor space is just lovely; a generous pool area and covered dining area with a separate area to relax and watch TV while outside by the pool. We found we spent the majority of our time poolside because it was the perfect place to relax. Private and peaceful! The house is beautifully decorated and all the rooms were very generously sized. Every bedroom has a very large closet! The Kitchen is extremely well equipped and we found that the hosts had kindly left many necessities to get us started upon arrival. I did have to reach out to our host once as I had accidentally broken a small lamp in the bedroom. He could not have been kinder or more understanding and I was simply able to replace it with a similar one. Check in and check out was a breeze. Neighbours are lovely. Nothing but stellar things to say about this property. Highly recommend!

Home away from Home

Loved the layout of your home! Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed for our home coo. The pool was delightful! Some cons: the sliding glass door in the TV room did not lock; and the shower in master bathroom appeared to have mold in grout if shower. One suggestion would be shower grab bars. It was a pleasure to stay here and definitely stay again. Thank you.

Good spring break getaway

Excellent family vacation home!

My family had an amazing week at Josh’s property! The home is very cozy with lots of sitting space and areas to hang out as a family. Our 3yr old loved the pool, especially night swims when she could watch her favorite Disney movies under the lights too haha! Josh was very responsive to questions and gave great recommendations for where we should visit. Our family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!!

Great Stay

We stayed at this property for 4 nights for 4th of July weekend. The house was clean and well stacked with everything that you might need from all the kitchen supplies, laundry detergent and even some spices for cooking which is unusual in this type of rentals. My family really enjoyed the pool which is heated. We also used the outdoor grill to make dinners. The locations lacks some nice restaurants but it's not really a tourist spot. It took us approximately 30 minutes to get to the Sanibel Island beach. The house has two bikes which my family used and a lot of floaties and sand toys for the kids. The owner accommodated us with a pet which we really appreciate. Overall, this was a great stay.

Baseball Tournament Stay -

Property was perfect for our needs. There for a baseball tournament in Ft. Myers. All the comforts of home for an away tournament. Able to wash uniforms as needed. Eat in, rather than out. Had the space needed for everyone and a great set up for the two of us that had to work. Very nice and comfortable home. Thank you!

Much fun

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Wheelchair accessible was the only problem we had. No grab bars in master bath or anywhere else in the house. Very difficult for wheelchair occupant to use bathroom and in and out of patio doors. Some electrical outlets not working outside and master bath. Would highly recommend this rental and thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Fabulous lanai!

Beautiful Home & Excellent Location

The house was beautiful and very clean. Had everything we needed! The location was excellent- easy access to downtown, grocery stores, and Fort Meyers. Loved the big pool and big lanai area. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully the oranges on the tree in the backyard are ripe next time we come ;) Josh and Ericka are responsive and extremely helpful - they were great! You won't be disappointed!

Just as described.

This home is just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The house comes with everything you need. The house is very spacious and clean. The host checked in on us to be sure we didn't need anything and we didn't. Only thing I would add to the house is curtains to close the front windows at night you are on a main street and a TV in the room with the twin beds for the kids at night. Aside from that the house is perfect and nice quite neighborhood. They have thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely book again.
