In the immediate vicinity of the Sainte-Marie-de-Ré market and cycle paths, the house is 600 metres from the beach.
The villa is comfortable and features a bright living room/lounge open to the garden and swimming pool.

The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October and has an automatic sliding wooden terrace for safety or to extend the terrace.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases pool water temperature.

Possibility to unload your car at the entrance of the dead-end street.
Municipal parking near the house.
The house does not have private parking.
