This friendly and warm studio is located on the 1st floor without elevator, it includes:
- two sleeping areas with a double bed (on the mezzanine) and a sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a furnished balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the view.

You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Coffee machine, Microwave, TV, Iron, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Ski in/ Ski out, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an extra cost.

## Emplacement
Briançon is a real little paradise where everyone can find their happiness. This city of art and history, fortified by Vauban in the 18th century, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Briançon has a remarkable set of military structures, built between the 18th and 20th centuries to improve the city’s defence system. The visit includes the upper town, or citadel Vauban, the very heart of Briançon, dominated by the fortified castle, and the surrounding fortifications of Fort des Salettes, Fort des Trois Têtes and Fort du Randouillet. In winter, Briançon becomes a popular destination for ski enthusiasts, its ski area being part of the famous resort of Serre Chevalier.
