The small loft BELLA VISTA has an official tourist license for rental (ETVPL/13038).

This beautiful one room loft (48 sqm) in Port de Sóller was extensively renovated. The quiet hillside location guarantees a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and partly of the harbor. The new open plan design offers lots of light. The loft is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) and and a sofa. The living area has been completely redesigned and now includes a comfortable corner couch and a wide screen TV with international channels.
The bright open kitchen (fully equipped) has a 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. The new bathroom with window and large shower has plenty of space. The absolute highlight of this smal loft is the 20 sqm terrace. Since this terrace has a lot of sun both in winter and summer, there is an awning, table and
chairs and sun loungers. The harbor promenade of Port de Sóller is within walking distance (15 min). The view from the terrace – is just a delight; breakfast times easily extend or you can enjoy the evening at sunset with a good Mallorcan wine. Of course, our beautiful apartment has air conditioning (heat and cold) and a rapid fiber internet connection (D100/U100). Hiking trails start just around the corner.

Lovely apartment

This apartment offers a wonderful stay in Port de Soller. The highlight being a spacious balcony with stunning views of the resort and mountains. Everything is provided and Andrea is a wonderful host, who provides all the information you need to enjoy your stay, and who is available to contact anytime. The apartment has good air con, wi-fi and storage space. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area is small but has everything you need. There was nothing that was lacking during our stay. As others have mentioned, the apartment is at the top of a steep hill with steps to get up or down from it. Unless you are fit and able, this might be a problem. The benefit of this is the view from the balcony, plus the peace and quiet it affords. The centre of the resort, bus stand and taxi rank is no more than around 15 minutes' walk. Usually, if you're going into town, you walk down the apartment block steps to a 30-40 metre path (with more steps), which leads you to the street below from which you can walk into town. If you hire a car, parking spaces on the street above might prove a little difficult, but there looked to be plenty of spaces on the street.

Schönes Studio mit tollem Blick

Große Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick auf Berge und Teil der Bucht. Gute Klimaanlage, helle Wohnung. Der Weg zurück vom Strand hoch ins Appartement dauert ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf jeden Fall machbar, aber bei 35 Grad nicht immer das reine Vergnügen.

Wohnung mit Traumblick

Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen rund um Soller. Die Promenade von Port de Soller ist in ca. 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und einen kleinen Zipfel des Hafens. Die Wohnung war leider nicht gut gereinigt, die Vermieter, Andrea und Frank, haben jedoch versprochen, sich un die Sache zu kümmern.

Wohlfühlen wie zuhaise

Modern, zweckmäßig, ruhig, sauber. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Werden immer wieder gerne zurück kommen. Besondere Erfahrung: Ohne Mietwagen per Bus besonders preiswert, ökologisch bewegen. Mit Taxi vom Flughafen bis Wohnung va 55 € in 35 Minuten; mit Bus ( 204 ) bis Palma nur ca 4 Euro. Vorteil: 1400 € Miete gespart und keine Parkplatzprobleme. Das werden wir jetzt immer machen.

Tolles Apartment mit sensationeller Terrasse

Schönes Apartment, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Grosse Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen, ab dem Vormittag bis zum Abend Sonne, schöner Blick. Fußweg nach Port de Soller gute 10 Minuten. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, extrem nette Vermieterin (vielen Dank für alles, Andrea), die uns noch viele Tips gegeben hat. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!!!!

Sehr gemütliches Appartement mit einer sehr schönen Terasse!

Haben uns sehr willkommen und gut informiert gefühlt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, tolle Lage, abseits vom Tourismus und dennoch ist das Zentrum schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ein Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Gute Anbindung an wichtigen Straßen auf Mallorca und super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Toller Urlaub in toller Wohnung bei tollen Vermietern

Wir waren die letzten 16 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung in Port de Sóller. Die Wohnung liegt am Berg und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen und das Gebirge. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung genügt höchsten Ansprüchen und es fehlte an nichts. Herausragend war der nette Kontakt zu Andrea und Frank. Wir wurden von Andrea herzlich empfangen und zur Wohnung gebracht, wo uns alles erklärt wurde und uns wurden sofort wertvolle Tipps mit auf den Weg gegeben. Besonders erwähnenswert war die Betreuung während des Urlaubs. Wir konnten jederzeit anrufen. Sowohl Andrea als auch Frank waren jederzeit erreichbar und kümmerten sich umgehend. Danke Andrea und Frank für diese Mühe und das Engagement. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wir empfehlen die Wohnung, aber auch unsere sympathischen Vermieter gerne weiter. Für uns wird es auf jeden Fall nicht unser letzter Besuch bei euch gewesen sein. Wir kommen wieder!! Danke Andrea und Frank!

What a view!

This spacious studio apartment above the town of Port de Soller proved to be a perfect base to explore this lovely town and some of the excellent walks that are available in the area. It is very clean, well equipped and the balcony is superb - it is large, gets the sun for a good part of the day and has fantastic views over the port area and the surrounding mountains. Andrea picked us up off the bus and took us to the apartment and she was always very prompt in replying and answering any questions we had. There are quite steep steps to negotiate to reach the apartment but if that that is not a problem then the studio is exactly as advertised and is an excellent base for a visit to Port de Soller.

Tolle ruhige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir haben im August 2018 zwei tolle Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe waren völlig problemlos. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge und auf einen Abschnitt der Strandpromenade von Port de Sóller. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Appartement mit wunderschöner und grosser Terrasse. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf die Berge und den Hafen. Zu Fuß ist die Promenade in ca. 10-15min erreichbar. Und: sehr nette Gastgeber :-)

Einfach nur traumhaft.

Wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen unseren Aufenthaltes in dieser wunderschönen Bergwohnung saumäßig wohl gefühlt. Die Berge und das Panorama haben uns sehr wohl fühlen lassen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und optimal ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Ein gelungener Urlaub für den wir uns bei den sympathischen Vermietern hiermit nochmals bedanken möchten. Tolle Wohnung in extrem ruhiger Anlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert; so richtig zum wohlfühlen. Die Kombination Küche-, Wohn-, Schlafteil und Dusche/Toilette ist super gelungen. Das Highlight ist natürlich die riesige Terrasse, auf der man sich von früh bis spät von der Sonne verwöhnen lassen könnte - wenn, ja wenn das herrliche Wanderparadies rund um Port de Soller nicht wäre. Fazit: Nur zu empfehlen, da auch der Ort mit seinen vielen tollen Einkehrmöglichkeiten und der Strand über eine Treppe in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen sind.

Lovely little apartment - perfect for two

We fell in love with Port de Soller and with this great little apartment. We got the old train from Palma to Soller and Frank collected us at the station and delivered us to the apartment and settled us in. The apartment has been very well thought out and had everything we needed: Well equipped kitchen, including toaster, coffee machine and juicer. Great bathroom with powerful shower. Plenty storage for clothes, including hanging space. Lovely sunny balcony with great views to the mountains and port and, with it being so high, some welcome breezes in the afternoon. As others have mentioned it is a steep climb from the Port area to the apartment but, as it was pretty much the only exercise we were getting, we didn't mind too much. TV is restricted if you want English language channels but again, we were not bothered about that. All in all we were very happy with our choice and would certainly book this great wee apartment again.

Super!!!

Das Apartment war haargenauso wie auf den Fotos! Es war sehr sauber und hell und selbst bei den heissen Sommertagen, dank Klimaanlage, angenehm kühl. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist spektakulär! Von der Lage her ist es optimal für einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand oder aber auch ausgedehnte Wanderungen in die umliegenden Berge! Andrea war super-nett und ich fühlte mich sofort wie Zuhause. Auch, dass ich um etliche Stunden zu früh angekommen war, war gar kein Problem! Immer wieder einen Besuch wert - ich komme auf jeden Fall noch mal!!!

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen mit einer großen Terasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt an einem Hang in Port de Soller. Von der Terasse hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und Port de Soller. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Strandpromenade, der Rückweg bergauf dauert 5 Minuten länger. Es gibt viele gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Wir würden sie immer wieder buchen.

Wonderfull terrace with view on Port Soller Bay etc.

Andrea's apartment was as expected from the WEB site, even better. The apartment was very very clean and very well equipped. The big plus was the terrace where we had dinner every night. Port Soller is a nice place (do not forget to take a drink at the NAUTILUS resto near the apart) and closed to many other nice destinations to visit: Soller with its center plaza and its fantastic museum, Fornalulx and Valdemossa with their ambiance and nice streets full of flowers. Palma is not so far either. We are pleased to underline the kindness of Andrea. We definitively recommend that place with only one restriction, the stairs for access to the apartment for old or disabled people. Overall: BIG PLUS !!! Lucie and Luc, Montréal, CANADA

Beim öffnen der Tür beginnt der Urlaub.

Liebe Leser dieser Bewertung. Alles was in den Beschreibungen zu dieser Wohnung aufgeführt wird,stimmt zu 100 %. Wir haben unseren zweiten Urlaub hier erlebt. Ja,ERLEBT! DU öffnest die Tür und Du fühlst sofort,hier haben Gastgeber mit viel Liebe und Styl eine Einraumwohnung geschaffen,wo man sich oft fragt,wieso Einraumwohnung?Geschickte Aufstellung mit heller und funktionaler Einrichtung,die an nichts fehlen lässt.Man fühlt sich zu Hause! Ein schönes Großzügiges Bad und eine wahnsinnig schöne,nicht einsehbare Terrasse runden das Ensemble ab. Es sind aber nicht diese Dinge,oder das schöne Wetter,oder die Insel überhaupt. Nein,es sind die kleinen,meist nicht sofort auffallenden Dinge. Die Wohnungsschlüssel mit einem Talismann und einer kleinen Taschenlampe,der immer saubere und perfekt belegte Besteckkasten. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung allgemein.Nicht husch husch. Nein,hier leben Menschen eine Zeitachse im Detail. Das möchte man im Urlaub,ja auch im Leben spüren. Man ist Willkommen und man möchte,dass sich der Gast wohlfühlt. Wir haben unseren zweiten Urksub hier erlebt und für das nächste Jahr wurde bereits wieder gebucht. Und nur deshalb können wir diese Bewertung auch absenden-;) denn eigentlich dürften wir eine so gute und ehrliche Bewertung nicht senden. Weil? Ja weil die Wohnung dann ständig belegt ist. Aber wir sind nicht egoistisch. Wir wünschen allen Gästen dieses Gefühl des Abkommens. Hier haben zwei freundliche und liebe Menschen ihren Lebensstil in die Wohnung gebracht,der ansteckt. Super Übernachtung

Liebe Andrea, lieber Frank, Ihr habt eine wirklich superschöne Wohnung.Alles passte, wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und somit auch super gut erholt. Wir haben noch nie so eine saubere Wohnung vorgefunden, macht weiter so, wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüße Ute ud Sven

Wanderurlaub in super Unterkunft

Die Bilder und die Beschreibung der Wohnung treffen zu 100% zu. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und haben vor allem die tolle Terasse genossen, aber auch viele andere Aspekte wie die Austattung der Küche und des gesamten Apartments im Allgemeinen machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem super Kurzurlaub den wir jederzeit wieder so buchen würden. Die Lage der Wohnung überzeugt mit einer tollen Aussicht über Port de Soller und als geeigneter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wandertouren.

Südterrasse im Februar

Ausstattung und Lage entsprachen unseren Erwartungen - wir haben nichts vermisst. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Südterrasse erwies sich im Februar als Glücksgriff, da wir in der Regel in der Sonne draußen frühstücken konnten. Viele Restaurants/Hotels waren noch geschlossen, was aber keinesfalls stört, im Gegenteil. Das bedeutet schließlich auch, dass die Wanderwege nicht völlig überlaufen sind.
