ROSE Vacances offers this charming, tastefully renovated flat on the 1st floor of a small, secure residence, close to the station and the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Accommodation for up to 2 people.
Situated between the train station and the Saint-Michel district, this quiet flat has a pleasant, well-exposed terrace.
It's close to all the shops, so you can get around easily by bike or on foot.
The flat is laid out as a souplex, with a cosy living room with sofa, coffee table, dining table and 2 stools, and an open-plan, functional, fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine (Italian with induction hob), etc.
The living room leads onto a sunny, flower-filled terrace with garden furniture, where you can sip an aperitif away from prying eyes, in complete peace and quiet after your return from the beach!
The split-level bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, storage shelves and a desk with chair.
An adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit, towel rail, washing machine and separate WC complete the night-time accommodation.
There is ample off-street parking.
Well-equipped accommodation ideally located for a great holiday, just a stone's throw from the attractions of our beautiful town of Les Sables d'Olonne!
3 minutes' walk from Les Sables d'Olonne SNCF train station.
4 minutes by bike from the main beach and fishing port of Les Sables d'Olonne.
8 minutes' walk from the pedestrianised streets of Les Sables d'Olonne.

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a "late arrival" package (supplement). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.
