It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
First floor
- 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided for the first fire)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
Upstairs
- Bedroom 2: queen-size (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron.

Exterior:
- A private 8x4m swimming pool, unheated, open from May 1 to October 15.
- 200 m² private, enclosed garden
- A 100 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Barjac, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
