This bright, south-facing studio is well-equipped and has air conditioning.
Located on the first floor without elevator, it includes:
- a mezzanine with a double bed for the night;
- a pleasant living space with a convertible sofa;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom with toilet.

It is a charming small loft in industrial style.

You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay, including: Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, fan, iron, refrigerator, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
