A Lil Salty is located in the fishing village of Little River SC and just a six minute drive to the beach in Cherry Grove/North Myrtle Beach. Little River is the oldest of the 14 communities that make up the Grand Strand. Fishing charters, sightseeing boat cruises, and Dolphin Watch Tours all leave daily from the Little River waterfront and surrounding area. In the afternoon or evenings, your may want to try your luck on the M Grande Casino Boat that leaves from the Little River Waterfront. Little River is also home to a number of Restaurants featuring fresh seafood.
The community features a seasonal outdoor pool and tennis courts.
This property has been designed with all the comforts of home. A large fully equipped kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs. The dining area features a brand new table and chairs as well as a granite bar with additional seating for eating. The main floor also features a completed update powder room and screened in porch on the rear of the unit.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms each featuring their own private on suite full bathrooms. Each bedroom features two Queen size beds. The laundry room area features brand new Samsung appliances.
The property features a large television in the living room as well as televisions in each of the bedrooms. WiFi is available throughout the property.
