As you stroll down Boulevard Saint-Germain, you’ll find everything from high-couture fashion houses and luxury flagship stores to quaint bookshops and delightfully authentic brasseries.

- This home accepts babies , children and toddlers but does not accept pets.
- This home has only one toilet room.
- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place a fan in the bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
- The apartment only had one toilet and it is located outside of the shower rooms.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a 1,000€ hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
