Blue Heron Unit 302 at the Harbourgate Resort & Marina is a one floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home. Situated on Sea Mountain Highway between the bridges in North Myrtle Beach with views of the Marina and Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway. Filet's On the Water features Steak, Seafood and Sushi and is located on the west side of the Marina. Captain Archie's Bar & Grill is just a short walk away for lunch and dinner fare. The Atlantic Ocean is within 2 miles to the east of the Resort.
This spacious condo features an open living room, dining area and kitchen concept. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. The split bedroom floor plan features a marina side master bedroom with a King Bed and in suite master bath with walk in Shower. Sliding Doors from the master bedroom lead out to a marina front balcony. The guest bedroom features a Queen Bed. The hallway guest bath has a tub/shower combination and also house the laundry center with full size stack washer/dryer. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and sliding doors from the living room lead to a Marina front balcony.
