About this property

Rustic vacation bungalow with wood-burning stove in the middle of the Harz Mountains

Our facility is located in sunny hillside on the outskirts of fir in the center of the resin. The central location in the low mountain range to reach the sights of the total resin over short distances. In Tanne there are some restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a butcher with Schaubauernhof. The nearest supermarket is about 3km by car or bus.
Our apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. By facing hillside, our guests can enter at ground level on the private terrace. The rooms are modern and light flooded. Through the separate entrance you reach the living room with a small kitchenette and comfortable seating area. For self-sufficiency are all essential devices, such. B. Ceran hob, microwave and also at the suggestion of our guests a small oven ready. A modern flat screen TV and Wi-Fi are also included contemporary comforts. The bedroom has a double bed. An additional extra bed is possible in the living room. Of course, guests of our apartment can use the on-site log cabin sauna (not included in the rental price) with a nearby relaxation room.

praktischer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Harz-Events
In sehr gut ausgestatteter Ferienwohnung haben wir erholsame Ferien verbracht. Die Gastgeber-Familie, die selbst im Objekt wohnt, hat alle Wünsche/Anfragen nach persönlicher oder telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme erfüllt bzw. uns immer freundlich Auskünfte erteilt. Ein Highlight war die Sauna auf dem Gelände, die wir gerne gegen Gebühr nutzten. Da waren allerdings die Außentemperaturen noch moderat im Vergleich zum Sommer. An Küchengeräten war wirklich an alles gedacht. Der Kühlschrank (mit Eisfach) könnte zwar gerne etwas größer ausfallen, aber aus Platzgründen wird das nicht gehen. Wir sind zu zweit jedenfalls damit zurechtgekommen. Zum Schlafen im separaten Raum konnten wir alles gut abdunkeln. Wer Fernsehen mag, findet ein Großgerät im Wohnraum. Wir verzichteten aber darauf und verbrachten den Abend lieber beim Grillen oder entspannten uns nach dem Tagesausflug in der geräumigen Sauna, die wir in solchem Fall für uns allein hatten. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass wir eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung hatten. Ein Car-Port, direkt an unserer Wohnung, machte alles noch mal einfacher und angenehmer.

Gut ausgestattete, ruhige Unterkunft in bester Lage für Harzerkundungen
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was man braucht (die Küchenzeile ist nicht allzu groß, bietet aber auch alles, was man braucht). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Bodetal. Die Lage ist ideal für Besichtigungen sowie für Wanderungen im Harz, da die Wohnung zentral im Harz liegt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung und freundliche Gadtgeber
In der Ferienwohnung in Tanne haben wir eine sehr erlebnisreiche Wanderwoche bei bestem Wetter verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man zu einer solchen Urlaubswoche braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön. Man ist schnell in Wäldern oder in den Wiesen. Mit dem Auto ist es auch nicht weit bis zu Zielen wie Schierke als Ausgangspunkt für eine Brockentour, Treseburg zur Bodewanderung nach Thale oder solchen schönen alten Städten wie Stolberg. Familie Schmidt als Gastgeber ist netter Gesprächspartner und sehr hilfsbereit.

Tolle, kleine Fewo in guter Ausgangslage für alle Winteraktivitäten
Wir haben die Wohnung eigentlich nur aus der Not heraus gebucht, sie erwies sich aber als Glücksgriff. Die Entfernung zu den Skigebieten Braunlage und Hohegeiß ist überschaubar, das Loipennetz liegt buchstäblich vor der Tür. Die kleine Ferieinwohnung hat alles, was man braucht, eine tolle Sauna im Garten rundet das Wintererlebnis ab. Außerdem sind die Vermieter sehr nett und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
