ROSE Vacances offers you this charming town house, renovated and beautifully decorated, functional and ideally located a stone's throw from the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne and 800 metres from the Vendée Globe village.

This two-storey house can accommodate up to 8 people.

Situated in the train station area of Les Sables d'Olonne and close to all the town's amenities (Port Olona, town centre, train station, large beach), this modern, well-equipped house will welcome you with peace of mind for a good time with family or friends!

There's a lovely living room with two sofas, coffee tables, a TV, WiFi and a dining table with 8 chairs, ideal for a good meal or an evening of board games!
A separate, fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, X3 induction hob, coffee maker (Filtres + Dolce Gusto), etc.

On the night side, on the ground floor you'll find the first bedroom, "Forêt d'Olonne", with a 160cm bed, bedside tables and wardrobe; on the first floor, a second bedroom, "Atlantique", with a 160cm bed, bedside tables, dressing area and desk; a third bedroom for the children, "Penotte", with a bunk bed (2x90cm), umbrella bed and storage shelves; and a fourth bedroom, "Sauveterre", with a 160cm bed, bedside tables and dressing area.

On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, there is a shower room with a shower cubicle, washbasin with cupboard, towel rail, hairdryer and WC.

Outside, there's a fully tiled, well-exposed terrace where you can sip an aperitif or relax after a day on the beach. Garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and an electric griddle, ideal for barbecuing, complete this inviting place to relax!

The house has been designed with the little ones in mind, so you'll have all the equipment you need for a baby: changing mat, high chair, booster seat, child WC reducer.

For optimum comfort, the house is air-conditioned, a big plus in hot weather!

You can park your car in the street free of charge.

For all arrivals after 8pm, we offer a "late arrival" package (extra charge). To be agreed with our concierge before your arrival.
