perfect holiday in authentic location

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Paraiso in Conil. It is very comfortable, nicely decorated appartment with perfect location close to the beautiful beach and to the town with authentic local atmosphere.

The house is well-equipped and in a great town centre location. Despite the latter, we found it very quiet. The spiral staircase was fine for us but for those with limited mobility, they may struggle a lithke

Perfekte Zeit

Mein Mann und ich sollten unsere langersehnte Conil-Reise vom 24.08.-07.09.2024 antreten, ein Jahr vorher hatten wir bereits gebucht. Leider ist mein Mann dann kurz vor unserem Urlaub operiert worden und wir bangten um unseren Urlaub. Tatsächlich hieß es dann vom Arzt, wir dürfen nicht fahren. Nach absprache mit dem Vermieter konnten wir schnell alles auf meine Tochter und ihren Freund umbuchen, sodass die Beiden nun unseren Urlaub antreten konnten. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Die Rückmeldung der Beiden war einfach überwältigend, soo sauber, perfekte Lage, alles da und soo gemütlich.. wurde uns berichtet. Sogar die Kohle für den Grill sei dort gewesen.. Die Beiden hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Ferienunterkunft! Mein Mann und ich wollen in Kürze das Objekt für unseren Urlaub im nächsten Jahr buchen, sodass wir unsere Reise nachholen können. Vielen Dank, für die tolle Kommunikation und das unkomplizierte Umbuchen, für die vielen schönen Informationen vorab über Restaurants.

una gran estancia

Nuestra estancia ha sido buena, el apartamento en general esta bien, limpio, muy bien ubicado, la única pega que para acceder a la terraza hay que subir dos pisos jjjj que aunque la escalera es cómoda, me hubiera gustado que estuviera a la altura del salón, pero en general la valoración es buena.

Modernes Townhouse mit toller Dachterrasse

Das Stadthaus ist modern eingerichtet, insbesondere auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden und in neuwertigem Zustand. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über die Dächer aufs Meer. Da es hier sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten gibt, kann man sie zu allen Tageszeiten gut nutzen. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten sowohl am Strand als auch in der Stadtmitte mit vielen Restaurants und Bars.

Mejor…imposible

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en casa de Lars. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades y una terraza con vistas estupendas. Ubicación magnífica a 5 min andando del centro pero lejos del bullicio de Conil. En nuestro caso coincidimos con el GP de motos de Jerez y el pueblo estaba a tope pero la zona de la casa súper tranquila. Las indicaciones de Lars tanto de aparcamiento como de restauración (entre otras) un acierto. La casa tiene bastantes escaleras, algo a tener en cuenta, aunque en nuestro caso no supusieron ningún problema. Un acierto de elección!! Cuando volvamos a Conil estará sin duda entre nuestras candidatas!!!

Podía haber sido maravilloso - mala pata

El alojamiento esta fenomenal. En mi caso, me rompí el pie nada mas llegar y se complico la estancia al tener tantas escaleras. Esta superbién ubicado al lado de la zona de ambiente y suficientemente lejos para no tener ruido. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario y además de calidad. Solo eche de menos un lavabajillas. Las camas estupendas y los baños tambien.

This is a great property in an amazing location.

We loved staying in Conil which is a beautiful vibrant town. The beaches are amazing and it was lovely to return to such a lovely house and have a drink on the roof terrace before going out. The house has everything necessary for a great holiday.

Très bon sejour à conil

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à conil. La maison est très bien placée, près de la plage et du centre ville animé. La maison est propre, confortable et bien équipée. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Un petit bemol pour le parking : pas facile de se garer à conil!

Casa perfecta

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotografías y en la descripción. Es muy bonita, está muy bien situada y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Lars es muy amable y está siempre disponible para cualquier duda o consulta. Volvería a alquilar esta casa sin ninguna duda.
